Bolliger Team Switzerland have unveiled their new line-up and programme for 2021. The goal of this independent team – FIM EWC contenders since 1980 – is to once again do battle with the top factory teams.
2021 marks the start of a new era for Bolliger Team Switzerland. The team created by Hanspeter Bolliger is now managed by his son Kevin, who has just unveiled his 2021 programme and new line-up.
On the rider front, the 2021 version of Bolliger Team Switzerland brings together Dutchman Nigel Walraven, Germany’s Jan Bühn and Swedish rider Jesper Pellijeff, seen in the saddle of Kawasaki #8 last season. Swiss rider Marcel Brenner, who caught the eye in the Moto2 European Championship, will be the team’s new back-up rider.
Bolliger Team Switzerland have already scheduled two test sessions in France starting in March to gear up for the first race of the 2021 FIM EWC: the 24 Heures Motos at Le Mans in mid-April.
