Elneny, Salah start for Egypt, Moukandjo starts for Cameroon

Both Mohamed Elneny and Mohamed Salah start for Egypt in the Africa Cup of Nations final whilst Benjamin Moukandjo starts for Cameroon.

Elneny missed the penalty shoot-out win over Burkina Faso but he is back for the final and starts in a strong team, with veteran goalkeeper Essam El Hadary in between the sticks.
