The referee blows the final whistle at Oyem, and it ends 1-1. That is Uganda's first point in the Cup of Nations since 1978, but Milutin Sredojevic's side still finish bottom. Mali finish third and go out as well, with two points from their three matches.
Kalifa Coulibaly is furious again as Uganda goalkeeper Odongkara again goes down for treatment.

Yatabare tries a flick and shot from 40 yards that sails over the bar. Uganda bring on Michael Azira for Aucho for injury-time.
CHANCE: Mustapha Yatabare drops off his defender and gets onto a long ball into the box, but he cannot direct his volley on target.
Uganda win a goal-kick, after Ousmane Coulibaly and Bissouma combine down the right and the cross comes back off a Uganda defender and on to Coulibaly.
More Uganda timewasting, to the frustration of Kalifa Coulibaly, as Aucho goes down for treatment after getting banged on the head.
Iguma leaves Bissouma's angled cross from the right, and it is so close to being converted at the far post by Kalifa Coulibaly.
Wasswa clears after Doumbia is unable to control the ball in the box.
Wasswa is down, and Uganda are furious at the push by Yatabare. But it seemed very harmless. More timewasting, which suggests Uganda are happy with the point.

GOAL: Mali 1-1 Uganda. Bissouma nets the equaliser with a brilliant free-kick from maybe 35 yards.
That is the Standard Liege midfielder's 17th goal for his country, in his 43rd appearance.
And, with Egypt leading Ghana, that looks like elimination for Mali.

GOAL: Mali 0-1 Uganda. Miya shoots first time from the edge of the box, and nets a screamer, Uganda's first AFCON goal since 1978!
Uganda have a goal disallowed. Mawejje thought he had scored, but the referee seemed to rule it out for offside as the ball flicks off Ochaya as it arrows towards goal.
Doumbia whacks Aucho's left calf, so he goes off for some treatment.
Poor decison making from Bissouma, running at the Uganda defence when a pass to Kalifa Coulibaly might have been the better option.
Bissouma wins a corner off Walusimbi, and the Lille midfielder's drilled set-piece is again poor.
Bissouma's floated cross towards Kalifa Coulibaly drops over him and into the grateful hands of Odongkara.
Wasswa floats a long free-kick into the box, and Ochaya's effort is well wide of the Mali goal.
There have been 30 free-kicks in the opening 60 minutes!

Tony Mawejje comes on for Uganda, replacing Moses Oloya.
Luwagga Kizito runs into the box, but with men either side, he goes himself and the ball gets stuck in the water, and Wague can clear.
CHANCE: Kalifa gets above Ochaya at the back post but his header down is poor and Odongkara saves.
Sylla is set up on the edge of the box, but his shot deflects for a corner. From the set-piece, Kalifa Coulibaly is unable to steer Bissouma's cross goalwards.
Mali go long, but Ousmane Coulibaly is unable to miscontrol.

Kalifa Coulibaly comes on for Lassana Coulibaly. The Gent forward will play up front, with Marega slightly off the target man.
Luwagga Kizito is unhappy as he is penalised for a foul on Wague as the Mali defender shields the ball.
Marega turns Juuko on the edge of the area but Odongkara is out to field the ball into the box.
Miya sends in an angled ball from the left, but it just runs beyond Ochaya, who may have been in an offside position.
Juuko heads clear when Marega is in an offside position. Mali are unable to make anything of Bissouma's corner.
Marega outpaces Wasswa down the right but his cross from the angle hits Odongkara's side netting.

We are off in the second half. No changes at half-time, and the pitch is in far better shape following some work by the groundsmen at half-time.

That's the half-time whistle, and it is goalless in Oyem, in wet and difficult conditions for football.
Two minutes of added-on time. Another foul for Mali, with Ochaya the guilty man this time.

Juuko gets a yellow card for pulling back Bissouma. From the second ball, Doumbia's cross from the left is just beyond N'Diaye.
N'Diaye does well to head away a cross to the near post, and Mali clear.
Lassana Coulibaly's free-kick clatters into the Uganda wall, and Alain Giresse's side cannot make anything from the second ball.
Geoffrey Kizito pushes Bissouma in the back and Mali have a free-kick from 30 yards out.
Lassana Coulibaly sends the ball down the left flank to Marega, but that pass doesn't hit the on-field water and it goes out for a Uganda goal-kick.
Doumbia's free-kick is floated towards Wague at the back post, but N'Diaye gets in his way and the header is weak.
Another free kick for Mali, as Khalid Aucho blocks Bissouma 35 yards from goal. The Uganda players are unhappy and surround the referee.
Doumbia does brilliantly to run through the puddles and into the box from the left, but Iguma is strong and makes the challenge.
Marega gets to the right touchline and crosses, but there is no yellow shirt in the box, and the assistant referee says the ball is out of play anyway.
Luwagga Kizito is penalised for a foul when a Uganda free-kick goes into the Mali box. This match is not exactly pretty to watch.
Miya is penalised for a foul on Doumbia when the ball gets stuck in the water down the Mali left.
Moses Oloya hopes for a corner following a challenge with Traore. Uganda now, rightly, looking to go aerial with crosses from the flanks.
Miya sees a shot from the right channel deflected for a corner, following an Ochaya free-kick.
Miya wins a free-kick down the right as N'Diaye bundles him over.
Oumar Sissoko punches when it was easier to catch the Uganda corner from the right, but Bissouma clears the loose ball.
Ousmane Coulibaly makes a mess of a backpass and concedes a corner. Then Uganda waste the short corner and Mali clear.
CHANCE: Bissouma checks on the right and tees up Yacouba Sylla, whose curling shot is just over.
Bissouma's header comes off a Uganda defender and Odongkara can mop up.
Iguma blocks off Doumbia, though it was more a case of the Mali forward running into him. Mali have a free-kick near the halfway line.
CHANCE: Luwagga Kizito gets through on goal down the left channel but the ball gets stuck, and Wague can clear.
Lassana Coulibaly foolishly fouls Walusimbi on the touchline and gives Uganda some breathing space.
Sorry, we lost connectivity for a few moments there. Wasswa does well to hold off the run of Marega down the centre.
Mamatou N'Diaye goes through Miya, but the Uganda free-kick is poor and cleared on the edge of the area.
Miya gets down the right and overruns the ball, but the pitch doesn't help him out this time and goes out for a Mali free-kick.
Another free-kick for Mali, and Odongkara comes out to claim at the second attempt. Bad news for Mali, as Egypt lead Ghana 1-0 in the other game.
Uganda's Farouk Miya shoots from 40 yards, well wide. But a good idea to shoot from distance in these conditions.
The Uganda goalkeeper Odongkara has now changed his gloves - obviously he has gone for the wet weather ones now.
CHANCE: Lassana Coulibaly swings the ball in, and from the second ball from Khalid Aucho's header, Moussa Marega hits his shot into the side netting.
Iguma then goes through Doumbia and Mali have a chance to send in a free-kick from the left.
Denis Iguma does well to cut out the run of Doumbia down the Mali left and Uganda can clear.
Good skill in centre field by Yves Bissouma but when the ball goes out left for Mali, the move again breaks down because of the surface water.
Godfrey Walusimbi on the left is unable to trap the ball from a Baba Kizito pass and it rolls out of play.
Odongkara is almost caught out as he runs to pick up the loose ball ahead of Moussa Doumbia. That was almost a disastrous start for the goalkeeper, making his first start of the tournament, as the ball gets stuck in surface water in the area.

Mali in yellow kick off from left to right, in a game they have to win to have any chance of qualifying for the last eight. And already the ball has stuck in surface water.
Uganda are in red shirts with a yellow stripe and black shorts, Mali in yelllow shirts and shorts.
Mali coach Alain Giresse is still hopeful of progression: "The players are disappointed, but we are not completely knocked out - they will be ready to raise their heads for the last game,” he said.
It is very rainy in Gabon ahead of the match, and the pitch is not in great shape. Expect it to cut up when we get going.
Mali were eliminated from the Nations Cup in 2015 after drawing lots with Guinea in a hotel meeting room in Equatorial Guinea's capital Malabo.
The match brings together two the only sides yet to score at AFCON 2017. The runners-up in Group D will play the Democratic Republic of Congo in the quarter-final on Sunday.
To qualify, Mali must beat Uganda at Stade d'Oyem and hope Ghana beat Egypt at Stade de Port Gentil. And, if Mali and Ghana both win 1-0, lots will be drawn by Egypt and Mali to see who qualifies in second place.
Ahead of Wednesday's final group of matches, Ghana have already qualified thanks to two wins from their two matches against Mali and Uganda. Egypt lie second on four points, Mali third with one point, with Uganda already out following defeats to Ghana and Egypt.

Mali head coach Alain Giresse makes four changes from the side that was beaten 1-0 by Ghana on Saturday, with Yves Bissouma, Lassana Coulibaly, Moussa Marega, and Moussa Doumbia coming in, and Salif Coulibaly, Sambou Yatabare, Mustapha Yatabare and Bakary Sako making way.
