Dortmund have a free-kick 25 yards out. Reus steps up but hammers it into the wall.
Brandt swings in a cross over Haaland and its headed behind by Oxford for a corner. Sancho's delivery is cleared.
Despite the changes, Dortmund look out of ideas.

CLOSE! Gruezo with a dipping Matt Le-Tissier like efofrt fro 30 yards which is narrowly over.
If it stays like this, certainly the shock of the day.

- GoalDaniel CaligiuriFC Augsburg
GOAL FOR AUGSBURG! Another ball over the top, this time for Calgiuri to coolly fire the ball in under pressure from Meunier.
Led by skipper Gouweleeuw, the home side have defended well and are keeping Haaland relatively quiet.
CHANCE! Niederlechner is through on goal but he is under pressure from Can and fires a shot wide at the near post.
Its as you were really with Dortmund firing in plenty of crosses and looking to use the counter attack.
No changes made by either side. But I imagine Favre will bring on at least one sub if it stays like this around the hour mark.

- End of 1st Half
HALF TIME: Augsburg have been under the cosh but lead 1-0 from Uduokhai's header from a free-kick.

GOAL FOR AUGSBURG! Its a free-kick fires into the box and Uduokhai heads it in from close range. Great delivery.
Another booking this time, its Meunier for a late one on Gregoritsch.
On their rare forays forward, it's been Niederlechner who has looked dangerous. He doesn't have mch support though.
So we have had 4 yellow cards but no goals to talk about and few chances.
Khedira is booked for a late challenge on Bellingham. Haaland is also cautioned for some shoving, he was angry at that tackle. Gouweleeuw is also booked.
Gregoritsch is the first man in the book for a late challenge on Reyna.
CLOSE! Burki miscontrols an awkward backpass, the ball is fizzed in by Niederlechner and its cleared off the line.
Some optimism for Augsburg, Dortmund's high line has meant there are leaving space for Niederlechner.
HUGE LET OFF! Niederlechner is through on goal, rounds Burki and is tripped by the keeper. But the flag is raised for off-side otherwise that would have been a penalty.
We are approaching the midway point of the half. The visitors have dominated and created a couple of chances but the home side have defended well. Haaland has been ominously quiet but there is enough evidence over the past year that he often springs to life with a goal.
Reyna is tripped and its a freekick around 40 yards out. The ball is swung across the box, it falls to Can who cannot get a shot away. The penalty box is like a traffic jam.
Augsburg have set out their stall, keeping everyone in their own half. Iago has made a good start.
Dortmund have enjoyed 76% possession in the early stages.

Augsburg boss Herrlich spent nine years at Dortmund as a player, winning two Bundesliga titles.
GOOD SAVE! Meunier with a cross, it falls to Witsel with a volley from the edge of the area which is beaten away.
It's been a frenetic start in the middle of the park, some tasty challenges flying in.

In the Middle of Our Street..
