Full Time

A poor game and performance to lead into the biggest game of Bayern's season. Thanks for following the match with us.

Alaba tries a curling effort from 25 yards out which flies a yard or so over the bar.

Three minutes of injury time to be played.

GOAL FOR UNION! Andrich gets to the by-line and draws Neuer before pulling back to Ingvartsen who gets just enough connection on the ball from the six-yard box to squeeze it home.

Union substitutes combine to go close with Pohjanpalo heading across to Gentner whose effort lands on the roof of the net.

A yellow card is produced for Nianzou for a lunging foul on Promel. Belonged in another era that challenge.

Gentner is brought on to replace Endo.

Sarr picks up a yellow card for a foul on Ryerson.

Musiala is replaced by Nianzou who is making his second Bayern appearance since joining from Tuesday's opponents PSG.

Musa and Kruse are replaced by Pohjanpalo and Teuchert for the visitors.

GOAL FOR BAYERN! Muller dispossessed Friedrich in the area and passed towards the 18-year-old who weaved away from two despairing challenges before slotting home in the six-yard box.

Ingvartsen and Ryerson come on for Lenz and Buelter for Union.

Bayern bring on Pavard and debutant Christopher Scott replacing Boateng and another debutant Dantas, who has performed quite well.

Sane creates space for himself with a lovel interchange of feet on the edge of the box before hitting a deflected effort over the bar.

Bayern have got worse if anything in this half. A fairly easy afternoon for the Union defence.

Alaba comes on to replace Choupo-Moting. Probably resting him for Tuesday as well but he has shown little to suggest he will fire Bayern to victory in France.

Kruse is found at the back post by Trimmel and meets it sweetly on the volley but the ball flies across the goal and out of play.

Muller plays inside to Sane but he curls an effort wide of the far post.

Stanisic meets another Kimmich corner at the front post but heads wide.

Kimmich's corner reaches Sane at the far post who plays in Boateng and his cross-shot from a narrow angle is parried away by Luthe.

The mooted substitution did take place at half time with Sane coming on for Coman. You would assume this is a precautionary switch to ensure he is right for Tuesday.

Buelter has his shot half-blocked by Martinez and it almost falls into the path of Musa but Neuer comes out to dive at his feet.

Bayern get us back underway...

Half Time

A disappointing half from Bayern. Captain Obvious here but they'll have to play better than this in Paris on Tuesday.

Luthe just gets out to punch away under pressure from Dantas after Kimmich had chipped high into the penalty area.

Muller does well turning away from a defender just outside the box but he is crowded out and slips before getting a shot off.

Muller's first involvement in the penalty area as he latches onto Musiala's slide-rule pass and hits the ball across the six-yard box but Luthe dives out to gather.

Trimmel puts a good cross into the box but Boateng at the second attempt manages to clear.

Coman returns to the field, Sane was ready to replace him.

Looks like more bad injury news for Bayern with Coman getting treatment and limping off the pitch.

More sharp play from Musiala turning 30 yards from goal and playing into Choupo-Moting's feet but the striker can't return the pass.

Great chance! Endo does brilliantly on the left wing teasing Boateng before floating a cross to the back post that Buelter heads straight at Neuer.

Musiala creates space for himself on the right hand side of the penalty area and aims for the far post but his effort is a yard wide of the target.

A lot of possession for Bayern at the moment but little threat.

Choupo-Moting is played in superbly by Dantas but Luthe is alert to push away from his path and then is alert to stop a clearance ricocheting off Muller heading back towards the goal.

Lovely ball from Trimmel behind the Bayern defence from the right flank but Musa can't keep it in at the far post.

The ball breaks for Choupo-Moting in the area and his shot is heading on target but Friedrich sticks out a leg and diverts it wide.

Musa wins the ball on the break but Kruse's attempted through-ball for Endois intercepted by Boateng.

Endo gets beyond Sarr on the Union left and puts a dangerous ball across the area that Martinez puts behind for a corner.

Good start from Musiala who gets to the by-line but skews his cross into the side-netting.

Union get us underway...

Bayern are as big a price at home as you would see in the Bundesliga, at just under even money, with Union being backed into 7/2.

Union have three changes from the side who drew at home to city rivals Hertha last weekend. Lenz, Buelter and Endo come in for Schlotterbeck, Gentner and Ryerson.

In all six changes for Bayern from midweek. It is all change in the back four with Stanisic, Boateng, Martinez and Sarr replacing Pavard, Sule, Alaba and Hernandez. Dantas comes in for Goretzka and Musiala starts instead of Sane, which after the latter's disapointing performance against PSG may be an audition for a place at the Parc de Princes.

Union are the Bundesliga's draw specialists with 12 to their name this year which has seen them lose touch with Dortmund and Leverkusen in the Europa League qualification spots. They really could do with a win today and maybe with Bayern sure to have their minds on Tuesday, this is their time.

Things got even worse for Bayern injury-wise during the thrilling 3-2 reverse to PSG on Wednesday with Goretzka and Sule adding to their unavailable list - headed by the great Lewandowski of course.

And this is the Union side who will take the field at the Allianz Arena.

This is how Bayern line up as they look to put the Champion's League disappointment in midweek behind them.
