Erling Haaland scored his 22nd goal of the season on his farewell appearance as Borussia Dortmund beat Hertha Berlin on the final day of the Bundesliga season. A late goal for Stuttgart elsewhere meant Hertha Berlin dropped into the Bundesliga relegation play-off after Youssoufa Moukoko scored a late winner for Dortmund.
