Fantastic play from Dortmund, carving the home side open down the right as Meunier breaks through after the pass from Dahoud, and his initial cross is blocked excellently by Stark, and the Belgian wing-back fires a second out for a goal kick.

The high press from the hosts force the error from the goal kick and Ekkelenkamp has an effort that deflects kindly into the hands of Hitz.

Really well worked, and great save! Belfodil comes inside with good footwork, and the ball falls for Ekkelenkamp, who forces a big save from Marwin Hitz!

Dortmund come into this game sitting in second, but nine points adrift of Bayern. They could cut that to six with the win they're expected to get here, but Hertha need their redemption after a harrowing defeat to Mainz in midweek. Sat in 12th, they're clear of the relegation places, but not by much: only two points separates them from the under-performing Borussia Monchengladbach. A win here could take them as high as eighth, but no higher, with their goal difference vastly inferior to that of Wolfsburg in seventh.
