Del Piero loyal to Juve

"A knight never leaves a Lady," trumpeted the ad in La Gazzetta dello Sport, playing on Juventus's nickname as "The Old Lady" and referring to the Italian international striker's long association with the club.
Del Piero has spent his entire Serie A career with Juve since making his top flight debut against Foggia in 1993.
Career highlights include winning the 1996 Champions League and five Serie A titles.
Del Piero did not take part in Juve's 2-1 win over Greek side Olympiakos in the Champions League on Tuesday, having suffered a calf injury two weeks ago that will keep him out of action until November.
