"We have asked the national team to release them and arranged an immediate flight back so they can prepare for the first leg against Fenerbahce on Wednesday," Partizan spokesman Marko Vjetrovic told Reuters.
"We really want Serbia to do well in the Olympic Games but we had no choice here because some of our key players are suspended or injured."
Tosic and Fejsa played in Serbia's opening 1-1 draw with Australia in Shanghai on Thursday and will miss their remaining Group A matches with Olympic champions Argentina and Ivory Coast if they return to Belgrade.
Partizan reached the Champions League third and final qualifying round with a 3-1 aggregate win over FC Baku of Azerbaijan.
Portuguese playmaker Moriera was booked against Baku while Brazilian Antonello Juca picked up a calf strain.
Coach Slavisa Jokanovic was clear about his priorities ahead of Partizan's bid to reach the lucrative group stage of Europe's premier club competition.
"I had asked the club not to release them for the Olympics and I would have preferred they never went to China in the first place because Partizan's interests come first for me," he told Belgrade media.
FIFA, world soccer's governing body, had ordered clubs to release all under-23 players eligible for the Olympics but the Court of Arbitration for Sport then ruled three clubs were not obliged to release their players.
CAS said Barcelona did not have to release Argentina forward Lionel Messi and upheld similar appeals from Schalke 04 over Brazilian defender Rafinha and from Werder Bremen for his compatriot Diego.
However, all three were able to stay in China after the clubs allowed them to compete in the August 8-24 Games.
Barcelona are at home to Polish side Wisla Krakow in the Champions League third qualifying round first leg on Wednesday while Schalke entertain Atletico Madrid.
