CLOSE! Batshuayi almost does it again! He brilliantly makes space for the shot, fires for the top corner, but the ball just drifts wide.
Four minute of added time here...
NO PENALTY! Cahill goes lunging in, but seems to win the ball, despite Correa being sent flying...
Hazard has been everywhere tonight. He again lays the ball back for Willian, who flicks it into Batshuayi's path, but the move breaks down.
CHANCE! A frenetic end to this! Vietto sticks the ball across the face of goal, but Griezmann is not alert enough and it's two yards ahead of him! Chelsea survive.
Some daunting opponents await Chelsea if it stays like this...
MISS! That was the moment for Willian to win it after being picked out by Hazard, but the Brazilian blazes over the top!
Change for Chelsea now, as Michy Batshuayi replaces Morata. Can the supersub work his magic again?
Atletico change here as Luciano Vietto replaces Gimenez. Atleti need a miracle...
SAVE! Almost immediately, Chelsea find themselves three on one, Morata is in, but Oblak races off his line to make a brilliant save. Can Chelsea win this now and win the group?
There is some controversy about that goal, as Morata did seem to get away with a push, but again Hazard is the man making things happen for Chelsea. Fabregas' cross found him at the back post, he burst to the byline, before firing across goal. Savic stuck out a leg, and could only watch on in horror as the ball flew into the net.
GOOOOOAAAAALLL! Chelsea 1-1 Atletico Madrid. Savic is the unfortunate man as he diverts Hazard's cross home to level things up.
Here is the change everyone was expecting, with Willian coming on to replace Zappacosta.
Chelsea surrendering top spot at the moment, and the cameras have just cut to Roman Abramovich with his head in his hands here. Can they get back in this?
CHANCE! All happening here. Pedro brilliantly flicks for goal, but Gimenez, after falling to the ground, somehow blocks on the line, with the help of Oblak. Morata almost got a toe to it on the line, too.
MISS! A quick corner from Chelsea catches Atleti out, Fabregas whips it across for Christensen, but the Dane cannot find the target with his head from point-blank range.
Attacking change for Chelsea, with Pedro replacing Bakayoko.
Fabregas dispossesses Luis on the right, directly in front of Diego Simeone, and looks to catch the defender in the face. Simeone goes dancing up and down and screaming at the referee. Nothing given.
And what a time to do it...
Bakayoko breaks into the box, but fouls his man at the last. Chelsea have to really dig deep here.
That's Torres' last action for Atleti. He's replaced by Yannick Carrasco for the final half an hour or so.
So what does that mean? Well, as it stands, it still isn't enough for Atleti, as Roma have taken the lead against Qarabag, and so, as it stands, Chelsea would finish second! Torres has done his bit for the goal, as he brilliantly flicked the ball on for the unmarked Saul to steer his header home. Poor from Bakayoko at the back post, he just let Saul go.
GOOOOOOAAAALLLL!!!!! Chelsea 0-1 Atletico Madrid. It has been coming, as Saul Niguez heads home to give his side the lead!
POST! Great strike from the former Chelsea man Felipe Luis, it beats Courtois, but cannons out off the post! Koke is there to follow up, but Courtois is back to his feet to gather the tame header.
Zappacosta dives in recklessly on Savic, with his studs showing, and earns a deserved yellow card.
CHANCES!! Hazard clips a cross into the middle, Chistensen has stayed up from a corner, heads for goal, but doesn't get enough power on it and Oblak saves easily. Then, Chelsea come again, this time Hazard goes himself, beats two, cuts back inside, but his strike is deflected over. Would have been some goal.
Griezmann lines up a free-kick from distance, strikes powerfully over the wall, but straight at Courtois.
We are back under way here at Stamford Bridge. We have to see more from Atleti. All still to play for!
That's your lot for the first half here. Slow pace to the game, with Chelsea having the better of the chances. Still all to play for in this group, with Roma still being held by Qarabag.
One minute of added time here as things boil over a bit as Cahill follows through when attempting a shot.
The Dutch referee tonight is being very lenient. Gabi cynically brings down Kante, but somehow isn't booked.
Atletico playing exclusively in Chelsea's half now after 10 or 15 minutes of Chelsea pressure. Slight appeal for a penalty as Christensen goes down with Gimenez, but nothing given.
Still 0-0 in Rome. Surely Atleti have to take a chance and show more ambition here?
SAVE! Brilliant from Zappacosta, as he deceives everyone by firing through the Partey's legs, towards Oblak's near post, but the Atleti stopper flings himself across to claw the ball out.
Atletico are fuming after Torres looks to be fouled on the edge of the box by Azpilicueta, but nothing is given.
Brilliant, brilliant play from Hazard to skip past two like they weren't even there, he is tackled at the last, Bakayoko clips a cross in Zappacosta's direction, but Oblak gathers.
It's just not falling for Chelsea. The ball is deflected and falls square for Hazard, but he fluffs his shot and Morata can't react quickly enough behind him to turn home.
Plenty of theatrics on the touchline...
Gimenez bundles Morata to the floor as he broke clear, but escapes further punishment.
The ball falls for Thomas Partey 25-yards from goal, he goes for it, but gets his strike all wrong.
Torres has the ball on the left, Atletico have uncharacteristically committed plenty forward, but the former Blues hitman's footwork is poor and he looses possession.
SAVE! Again Oblak has to be alert to beat away a shot from Morata, this time it is much more simple from distance.
SAVE! Great determination from Victor Moses, as he latches onto a quick throw-in, feeds Morata, who steers the ball towards goal, but Oblak is down to make a smart save.
It is easy to see why Atletico aren't overly prolific in front of goal. They are very slow to commit bodies forward, leaving Griezmann isolated.
CLOSE! That would have silenced those in red and white! Morata turns, strikes for goal out of nothing, but the ball curls just wide of Oblak's left-hand post.
Lucas Hernandez thunders into a challenge on Eden Hazard, and takes the booking.
Alvaro Morata, with his every touch greeted by a chorus of boos from the travelling Atletico fans, sprays the ball wide, but the move breaks down.
Fabregas whips a free-kick into the middle, but it evades everyone, and out comes Jan Oblak to gather.
Strange pace to the game, with both sides seemingly resigned to their fate.
Now that is prolific!
Remember, if Roma win, and Chelsea draw, then it is Roma who will top the group, by virtue of their superior head-to-head record.
Some good possession for the visitors here. Felipe Luis crosses into the middle, but Zappacosta sweeps it clear.
Almost for Torres! Fernando Torres turns and shoots in the box, but Cesar Azpilicueta deflects his strike over the top.
Sloppy start from both sides on the ball. Possession being turned over routinely in midfield, and some decent challenges equally flying in.
Davide Zappacosta, playing on the left-hand side, cuts inside an unleashes an ambitious effort from distance, which sails well over the top.
KICK OFF! Our Dutch referee gets us under way here. Great atmosphere ahead of what promises to be a belting contest!
So what can we expect? Atleti have to win here, and hope for Qarabag to cause a major surprise in Rome. Diego Simeone's men are unbeaten in La Liga this season, but have drawn too many games. They have improved of late, with Antoine Griezmann finding his scoring touch once again. Chelsea have also revived their league form recently, and have really stepped up their game on the continent. Time to finish the job. We are minutes away...
One man who will be key in this formation is Cesc Fabregas, and his manager feels the Spaniard has become the fulcrum of this Chelsea side due to a change of mindset...
One man is conspicuous by his absence tonight, and Filipe Luis is frustrated Diego Costa will be unable to face his former club Chelsea. Costa forced through a return to Atletico in September after falling out of favour at Chelsea but the striker is ineligible to play for Diego Simeone's side until January due to the club's ongoing transfer embargo. "Diego is a huge player. He scores a lot of goals and important goals," Luis said. "It is frustrating seeing him playing like an animal, but he can't play. It's just a month until he can play with us. He'll help us a lot." Will Costa be playing Champions League football this season?
Away fans in fine voice. They certainly don't feel all is lost.
One Chelsea legend exclusively told Eurosport that he still retains faith in Antonio Conte...
HEAD TO HEAD: The overall record in all competitions between Chelsea and Atletico Madrid is perfectly balanced with two wins each, two draws and 10 goals each. Atletico have won only one of their four away games in the Champions League against English opposition…at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea in April 2014 (3-1). The Rojiblancos will be out for revenge after Chelsea's last gasp defeat in Madrid last time out.
Three changes apiece here. It is a strong Chelsea line-up, despite their progress already being assured. Tiemoue Bakayoko is back in the starting line-up, while Davide Zappacosta and Gary Cahill return. Three changes for Atletico from their weekend win over Real Sociedad, with Fernando Torres starting back at where it all went so badly wrong for the Spaniard...

So, it turns out the Atletico Madrid team bus only arrived at Stamford Bridge around 15 minutes ago. A kick-off delay is surely imminent...
Some pre-match reading as we await team news. Could be a worrying time ahead for Chelsea fans...
I tell a lie! Atletico are delayed, so we have no teamsheet yet. Might be a delay to kick off, too! Will keep you posted...
The teams are in...
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage Chelsea's Champions League Group C clash with Atletico Madrid from Stamford Bridge. The English champions are through to the last 16 already ahead of this final group encounter, but top spot is not yet assured. A win guarantees them such, but slip up, and Roma, at home to winless Qarabag, could steal in. Atletico need a minor miracle from Qarabag, and a victory tonight, to sneak in. I'm Pete Hall, and I will be bringing you the action, as it happens, live!
