Manchester United's injury list is not set to ease before their Champions League return leg against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday with Anthony Martial and Alexis Sanchez ruled out.
Sanchez suffered a suspected knee ligament injury in the 3-2 win over Southampton at Old Trafford on Saturday in the Premier League to join an extensive list of absentees.
Ander Herrera, Nemanja Matic, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata are all injured with Paul Pogba is suspended.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side trail 2-0 from the first leg at Old Trafford against the French champions when French forward Martial suffered a groin injury.
Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku are set to form a two-man attack, but Solskjaer won't gamble on the fitness of key men with his side closing in on a top-four finish in the Premier League.
Following the victory on Saturday, Solskjaer said he didn't think Martial would make the PSG match. “I don’t think we can risk it,” he said. “He has not been training yet so I don’t think so.
“We have been away to Arsenal and Tottenham with a diamond and done really well so we have just got to think about how we are going to do things.”
