The Champions League group stage is reaching its conclusion so who needs what as we enter the final matches of the group stage? We run through all the permutations.
We also look at the final tables of the groups that have already been decided, with Liverpool and Tottenham both sealing their progress to the Champions League last 16 on Tuesday night.
So, without further ado, here is everything you need to know...
GROUP A
Final table
Borussia Dortmund pipped Atletico to top spot after their 2-0 win in Monaco - their head-to-head record sealing the deal after the Spanish side's goalless draw against Club Brugge.
Monaco are out and Club Brugge are going into the Europa League.
GROUP B
Final table
Tottenham sealed second spot thanks to a 1-1 draw in Barcelona, Inter's 1-1 draw with PSV and their better head-to-head record against the Italians. The Milan side are now into the Europa League.
Barcelona were group winners before the final round of games, thanks to their 2-1 victory over PSV, who are out.
GROUP C
Final table
Liverpool edged through on goals scored after beating Napoli - who are into the Europa League - 1-0, while PSG cruised to top spot.
PSG cruised past Red Star to secure top spot.
GROUP D
Final table
The top two in this group were sorted before Tuesday's action. However, Galatasaray - 3-2 losers to Porto - head into the Europa League after Schalke did them a favour by beating Lokomotiv Moscow 1-0.
GROUP E
Remaining Fixtures
- Benfica v AEK
- Ajax v Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich and Ajax have qualified, with the Germans set to top the group if they avoid defeat at Ajax, with their Dutch opponents needing a win to finish first.
Benfica are into the Europa League.
GROUP F
Remaining Fixtures
- Manchester City v Hoffenheim
- Shakhtar Donetsk v Lyon
Manchester City's 2-2 draw in Lyon sees them qualify for the knockout stages and Pep Guardiola's side will top the group if they do not lose to Hoffenheim.
Shakhtar Donetsk could join City if they beat Lyon next month. Hoffenheim could still pick up a Europa League spot if they beat City and Lyon triumph over Shaktar.
GROUP G
Remaining Fixtures
- Plzen v Roma
- Real Madrid v CSKA Moscow
Roma and Real Madrid are through, with the Liga side topping the group after their 2-0 win in Rome. CSKA must get a better result than Plzen to clinch the Europa League spot.
GROUP H
Remaining Fixtures
- Valencia v Manchester United
- Young Boys v Juventus
Manchester United's dramatic later winner against Young Boys means they are through, and can overtake Juventus if they beat Valencia and the Serie A side lose to Young Boys.
However, this is unlikely as Valencia have already sealed the Europa League spot, meaning Young Boys have little to play for.
