England striker Sturridge makes his first start of the season with Naby Keita joining Firmino on the bench following the 2-1 weekend win over Tottenham at Wembley in the Premier League.
Firmino has been declared fit enough for the bench after his horrific eye injury was not as bad as first feared.
There is no Gianluigi Buffon in the PSG squad following his summer switch from Juventus.
Kylian Mbappe is joined in the visiting side's attack by Neymar and Edinson Cavani with former Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria a potent support attack.
