HALF TIME: Atletico have come from behind to lead. Grandsir gave Monaco the lead but Costa and Gimenez have put Simeone's men ahead. What a game.
The corner came out after Glick's last ditch challenge on Griezmann. And the visitors made them pay to take the lead.

The game has slipped into a bit of a stalemate since Costa's equaliser, the final ball from both sides has been below-par.
Ait-Bennasser has been warming up for nearly 15 minutes to come in for Alohou but Monaco have yet to make the change.
Costa gives Koke the sternest of looks after he sends a cross from the right out of play.
Aholou is still on the field but is moving gingerly.

Griezmann looks a fraction offside as he finds space on the byline and sends in a low cross which the keeper clears with his feet.

CLOSE! Juanfran's cross is headed on, Benaglio tips it up in the air and makes a mess of the clearance but gets away with it.
Aholou has blood all over his hand, this is a nasty one and he is still getting treatment and getting a bandage wrapped around his head.
Aholou appears to have a knock after a clash of heads with Koke and needs treatment.
They may have lost Mbappe, Bakayoko, Mendy, Lemar and others in recent years but Monaco are playing with a youthful zeal after a tricky start to the game.
GOOD SAVE! Henrichs cuts it back for Aholou whose shot from a tightish angle is blocked by Oblak for a corner. From the set piece, Tielemans' delivery is a poor one.
The visitors' levels have dropped since conceding having made a bright start to proceedings, very un-Atletico.
SInce beating Real in the Super Cup, Atletico have two narrrow wins, a draw and a defeat in La Liga.

Griezmann, who is playing in a deeper role tonight, pings in a cross from the right for Koke whose header is well over the bar.
Falcao is furious after the whistle is blown for offside as he flicked on the ball for Grandsir who was through on goal, promising move from the hosts.

Monaco, who have made a disappointing start to their Ligue 1 campaign, have hardly had a kick so far and have setup defensively. Costa is unable to get a shot away after a slick passing move.
COSTA CHANCE! Griezmann drops deep and dinks the ball over the top for Costa who flashes a shot in but the keeper appeared to get a finger to it.

It's a surprise that Lemar is on the bench against his former club but he has yet to score in 5 games for Atletico.
DISALLOWED GOAL: The ball is hammered in from two yards by Godin but Gimenez is pulled up for a foul in the buildup following a free-kick which was played short.
