PORTO VS CHELSEA Good evening all and welcome to our live-text coverage of Porto vs Chelsea, the first leg of this Champions League quarter-final at the neutral Estadio Ramon Sanchez in Seville! It was a mixed bag for English sides last night as Manchester City scraped an advantage in a 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund while Liverpool salvaged an away goal in a 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid. Chelsea, however, lost 5-2 to West Brom at home last week, so it's anybody's guess how they'll get on tonight. Find out here with all the build-up, hype and highlights ahead of kick-off at 8pm.

FULL TIME
Huge result for Chelsea who, despite their struggles domestically, are suddenly on the verge of the Champions League semi-finals.
Massive.
Porto will be gutted. They had chances but were shell shocked twice by two brilliant England players who scored their first Champions League goals at the perfect time.
90+2'
Chelsea just seeing this one out now.
Remember, the job is only half done. Porto will be back here in two weeks with their best two goalscorers and will fancy scoring twice. It's not really an away game, remember.
90'
Absolutely massive from Chelsea who have one big foot in the semi-finals.
They've looked nothing like the side that got battered by West Brom. This is game management at its best. Rigid, resolute, rampant.

GOAL! PORTO 0 CHELSEA 2 (Chilwell 85)
Game over!? Tie over!?
Chilwell scores his first goal in Europe!
Chilwell picks Toni's pocket and drives through on goal, rounding the 'keeper and slotting home. Brilliant.

Porto have had 12 attempts to Chelsea's five, with five on target to Chelsea's two.
But the Blues are 1-0 up and that's all that matters.
82'
Thiago Silva and Kante, two of the best defensive players you could hope to bring on to help see out a match, have come on...
79'
Porto are pressing now but Chelsea are managing this game perfectly.
They're lumping it up to Giroud who, actually, hasn't had a touch in ten minutes. But all the same, Chelsea look very much in control.
76'
Conceicao, the Porto boss, picks up a yellow for what I think can be described as 'mouthing off' on the sidelines.
Emotions.
75'
Marega goes down in the box but the ref isn't interested.
The VAR has had a quiet night tonight, which to be honest I'm absolutely fine with.
72'
Marega hits a great dribbler on the turn that Mendy still has to dive for. Never really a threat.
More action shots for you though.

Porto just in danger of running out of time here as we enter the final 20 minutes of the match. They've not created much in the last 15 minutes and Chelsea have looked very much in control.
To be fair to Porto, they are missing two players who are responsible for 40 per cent of their goals this season. So, they might feel a little better in the second leg.
67'
Two Chelsea changes as Werner makes way for Pulisic and Havertz comes off for Giroud.
Both Germans have had very indifferent (poor) nights as far as I'm concerned.
66'
Mbemba picks up a booking for a swipe at Chilwell.
CHANCE!
James whips in a dangerous ball from the free-kick and Azpilicueta essentially has a free header but just sends it miles wide. What on earth was that?

WHAT A MISS!
Unbelievable.
Rudiger strikes the ball which Marchesin fumbles. Werner is on hand to square for Havertz who has an open goal to aim at but somehow pokes wide.
Luckily for the German, Werner was offside. But that is a shocking miss all the same.
59'
CHANCE!
Luis Diaz finds a yard outside the box and bends an effort just wide of Mendy's left-hand post. Cloooooseeee.
57'
Some pinball football inside the box as Chilwell clears off the line but the whistle had already gone to award a free-kick in Chelsea's favour.
54'
Azpilicueta to the rescue this time to close down Luis Diaz bearing in on goal.
Porto looking lively all of a sudden.
53'
Corona goes to ground. Ref is having none of it.
SAVE!
Marega catches Rudiger napping and is in behind the Chelsea defence. He rifles an effort at goal but Mendy makes himself big. Great chance. Best chance for Porto yet.
51'
James making another lively start. He and Mount are making a great case for the England squad in recent weeks. The former is nailed on but the latter is starting to look a really great option.
Chelsea with all of the ball so far in the second half.
48'
Can Chelsea build on their away goal?
You feel a two-goal lead would really kill this tie off...but only Manchester City have failed to stop Porto from scoring in a Champions League match so far this season.
