Full-time: The discussions go on as to why Ronaldo wasn't given the penalty as the whistle is blown to signal the end of the game. Porto will take a narrow advantage into the second leg!
No penalty! Ronaldo goes down inside the penalty box after contact from Mbemba, but the referee isn't interested. Juve want it checked by VAR!
Yellow card! Alex Sandro makes a 'clever' foul on Taremi and goes into the book. Had he not made that challenge the Porto forward could have been through on goal.
- OffJesús CoronaFC Porto
- OnMamadou LoumFC Porto
Double Porto sub: Francisco Conceicao, the manager's son, replaces Oliveira, while Mamadou Loum takes the place of Corona.
Juventus have finally come alive, and Porto need the defensive services of Manafa to dispossess Ronaldo in a threatening position.
- Yellow cardMerih DemiralJuventus
Yellow card! Demiral is booked for raising his arms while challenging for a header.
That changes things. And now Juve have their tails up. Morata is denied by Marchesin, but the offside flag was raised.
- GoalFederico ChiesaJuventus
GOAL! Porto 2-1 Juventus (Federico Chiesa): How important could this goal prove to be?! Rabiot races down the flank and crosses from the byline, picking out Chiesa. His scuffed shot finds the bottom corner, and Juve have their away goal!
- Yellow cardDaniloJuventus
Yellow card! Danilo will be suspended for the second leg as he's booked for a foul on Sanusi.
Porto chance! Oliveria delivers a cross to the far post, finding on-loan Liverpool defender Grujic. But the opportunity falls to the wrong man as he heads wide of Szczesny's far post.
Porto win a free-kick, Oliveria swings it in and Rabiot rises highest to clear over his bar. A corner will follow.
Marchesin makes a save at his near post to deny Morata from a tight angle - but again the offside flag is raised very late and it wouldn't have counted even if the shot had sneaked in.
- OffDejan KulusevskiJuventus
- OnAaron RamseyJuventus
Juve sub: Pirlo turns to Aaron Ramsey, who replaces Kulusevski.
Fifteen minutes remaining, can Juve grab that all-important away goal? As yet, they haven't really tested Marchesin.
Porto are dangerous on the counter-attack, and here they come again, Oliveira leading the charge. He shoots early, there's dip and swerve, but it's straight at Szczesny and he makes the save.
Juve chance! Great play from Ronaldo on the right as he finds Chiesa, whose shot is deflected and Marchesin palms it away. Morata is offside as he looks to pounce on the rebound.
What an effort! Corona almost catches Szczesny cold with a delightful overhead kick. The Juve goalkeeper gets a fingertip to it - but it wouldn't have counted anyway as Dias was in an offside position.
Close! Bentancur gets plenty of power behind an effort, but it drifts agonisingly over the bar. An away goal could make all the difference.
- OffWeston McKennieJuventus
- OnÁlvaro MorataJuventus
Juve sub: It's McKennie who makes way for Morata. With just over 25 minutes remaining, can he make a difference?
- Yellow cardMatthijs de LigtJuventus
Yellow card! De Ligt is booked for a foul he made at least two minutes ago.
That's better from Juve. Chiesa races down the right to latch onto a pass, but overhits a cross searching for Ronaldo.
Morata is warming up, but Juventus need a total change in approach. The lack of intensity is shocking.
And still no changes from Pirlo. For such an experienced side to concede twice from kick-off is almost unforgivable.
- OffOtavioFC Porto
- OnLuis DíazFC Porto
Porto sub: The hosts make the first switch of the game as Otavio makes way for Luis Diaz.
Conceding the second goal seems to have finally woken Juve up. But they have their work cut out to breach a Porto defence that hasn't conceded a single goal in well over eight hours.
Porto chance! Oliveira runs through the middle, and he's allowed to carry it for ages as the Juve defenders retreat, inviting him to shoot, which he does. Szczesny makes a one-handed save, but it's far from convincing.
For the first time this evening Juve get in behind the Porto defence, with Kulusevski driving down the right but Uribe is well positioned to repel him at the expense of a corner.
Juventus, renowned for their defending, have been awful at the back tonight. Porto are well worth their lead. Pirlo's side must score the next score in the tie now.
- GoalMoussa MarégaFC Porto
GOAL! Porto 2-0 Juventus (Moussa Marega): They've done it again! Another lightning start from Porto, and they have their second! Manafa speeds down the right, pulls it back to Marega, who slots it home at Szczesny's near post. Should the goalkeeper have done better? The defence most definitely should!
- 2nd Half
Kick-off! Porto get things moving in the second-half. Slightly surprising that Pirlo hasn't made a change at the break.
There will be one minute added on at the end of the first half.
Ronaldo, now on the left, drops the shoulder and wins a corner. Manada heads clear. Back come Juve as another cross is sent into the mix, but Demiral heads wide this time.
Juve chance! Ronaldo, on the right flank, is fouled by Uribe. The free-kick is headed on by De Ligt and it's a great effort by Rabiot, whose acrobatic effort is pushed clear by Marchesin!
Fireworks are going off in the background! Slightly early in the night, perhaps. Anyway, Juventus have a free-kick for a foul on De Ligt. Benancur delivers, Ronaldo meets it but his tame header is simple for Marchesin.
Ronaldo drops into a midfield position to help link the play. Alex Sandro forces a corner, although he wanted a free-kick.
Bentancur tries a teasing cross to the far post, searching for McKennie, but he didn't anticipate it. Easy for Marchesin to gather.
- OffGiorgio ChielliniJuventus
- OnMerih DemiralJuventus
Injury! Things go from bad to worse as Chiellini hobbles off with what looks like a calf problem. He's replaced by Merih Demiral.
Chiesa pops up on the left flank but takes a heavy touch and loses possession. It's all too easy for Porto at the moment. A second goal for the hosts would put them in total control.
Pepe's the target as Porto win a corner, but Juve clear their lines at the near post.
Another diagonal pass is overhit as Juve give up possession all too easily once more. Half an hour on the clock, there is still no sign of improvement from Pirlo's side after conceding 61 seconds into the contest.
Porto are winning all the battles in midfield, and have been the better team by far. For all their experience in their side, Juventus look like rabbits caught in the headlights.
Otavio makes a clean tackle on McKennie on the edge of the penalty area, and the Juve midfielder's appeals for a free-kick rightfully go ignored.
More nervy defending from Juve as Szczesny fumbles his catch from the Porto corner, but he's bailed out by the referee who adjudges Zaidu fouled him.
What are Juventus doing? They make a mess of trying to play out from the back again, and Szczesny's clearance falls at the feet of Oliveira, whose shot is deflected behind for a corner by De Ligt.
Porto are looking more than comfortable. Ronaldo has barely been involved.
Bentancur, desperate to make amends for his mistake, tries to find McKennie with a reverse pass but Marchesin is alert to race off his line and smother.
Porto haven't lost this season when Taremi has registered on the scoresheet. The omens are good for the Portuguese giants.
Chiesa receives the ball in space and has time to weigh up his options. He tries the volley, but it's charged down by Zaidu for a Juventus corner.
It's worth noting that Porto haven't conceded a goal in this competition for EIGHT hours now.
Porto's corner comes to nothing, but I'll tell you what, Juventus aren't looking at all comfortably trying to play out from the back.
Juventus have more defending to do now as Marega draws the foul from Chiellini. It's taken short, with Oliveira seeing his shot deflected behind for a corner.
Juve go long as Ronaldo drifts to the left flank to receive the ball. He feeds Kulusevski, who works it to McKennie. But he's crowded out on the edge of the penalty area. You can see why Porto concede so few goals.
Here's a moment Pirlo won't wish to see again...
Mbemba and Pepe are on Ronaldo's case immediately as he receives possession right of centre.
Just a reminder that Porto have kept clean sheets in five of their six Champions League games so far this season...
Porto have the momentum, and Szczesny has to rush off his line and this time he does beat Taremi to the ball to clear. The Juve goalkeeper cannot take the blame for conceding the opener; that was entirely Bentancur's mistake.
Ridiculous start to this encounter. Juventus have been prone to errors while playing out from the back in recent weeks, but no one expected this.
- GoalMehdi TaremiFC Porto
GOAL! Porto 1-0 Juventus (Mehdi Taremi): What a start to the game for Porto! Bentancur sells a short back pass to Szczesny and Taremi is alert, beats him to it and slide in from six yards to give the hosts the lead after 61 seconds!
- 1st Half
Kick-off! A hug shared between Chiellini and Pepe before Juve get us underway!
FIVE minutes until kick-off! It's Porto versus Juventus in the first leg of the last-16 of the Champions League. It's LIVE and it's NEXT!
Juve thrashed Barcelona 3-0 in the final game in Group C to top their pool, but domestically they're also having their troubles. Fourth in Serie A, the Old Lady are eight points behind leaders Inter. But their priority this season is Europe, and tonight feels massive for them.
Porto were runners-up in Group C, behind Manchester City, as they qualified for the last-16 for the fourth consecutive year. But already 10 points behind leaders Benfica domestically, it looks like their bid to win the Primeira Liga is already over.
Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo: "The Champions League is a unique competition. There are so many teams fighting to win, everyone wants it, and it really depends on which moment you're in when you face teams. It's important to be mentally ready."
Porto boss Sergio Conceicao: "We will give Juventus problems as Porto also have something in their DNA. We have a winning mentality regardless of the opponent. We need to be aware that our approach has to change at different times of the game while always looking for the positive result."
Ronaldo's record against Porto is curious, though. He has faced the Portuguese giants six times, but only once has he ended up on the winning side.
Ronaldo has fond memories at Estadio do Dragao...
Dejan Kulusevski is chosen ahead of Alvaro Morata to partner Ronaldo in Juve's attack, which is quite surprising as Morata has scored six goals already in this season's competition. Alex Sandro and Danilo play against their former club. Weston McKennie has shaken off a knock to start on the wing.
No surprises in the Porto XI. A side built on a solid defence, they kept five clean sheets in the group stage, which is quite something. Jesus Corona is their biggest threat going forward. Moussa Marega leads the attack and will be expected to carry on his explosive form of the group stages if Porto are to have any chance.
