Wigan boss Chris Hutchings has said that West Bromwich Albion's Paul Robinson wants to move to the JJB Stadium and expressed his admiration for the left-back.

Robinson, 28, has also interested Birmingham City and is expected to command a transfer fee of £1.5 million.
"He has shown a hunger for this club and is keen to come on board," Hutchings told the Manchester Evening News. "He is a very good player, a tenacious full-back, with plenty of experience.
"Left-back is the only position we haven't got cover for as we've been playing Kevin Kilbane there as a stop-gap."
Hutchings made it clear that Robinson would not necessarily arrive as a replacement for youngster Leighton Baines, the subject of a failed bid from Everton, but instead fight with the England Under-21 international for a place.
Wigan stayed up on the final day of last season with a win at Sheffield United. Then boss Paul Jewell stepped down afterwards, allowing assistant Hutchings to take his place.
Meanwhile Marseille defender Bostjan Cesar has reportedly agreed to join the Baggies.
The Slovenian is expected to arrive at the Hawthorns on loan initially with an option for a permanent move later.
Manager Tony Mowbray has already signed defenders Leon Barnett and Tininho in the close season, while Paul McShane has been allowed to leave for Sunderland.
