-- Messi has scored 458 career goals in 582 appearances, that’s a strike rate of nearly 0. 8 per game.
-- During the 1-0 win over Jamaica, he became the youngest player to have reached 100 caps in CONMEBOL history (27 years, 361 days old).
-- Messi has scored 35 career hat-tricks… but he’s slacked off a bit after not picking up a treble since March!
-- He has notched up 412 goals for Barcelona (482 appearances) and is just 52 goals shy of a tally which is double Cesar Rodriguez's previous club record.
