GOOD EVENING! Hello and welcome along to live minute-by-minute commentary of the DFB-Pokal final between Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig. Bayern can complete a domestic double with a 21st DFB-Pokal this evening at Olympiastadion in Berlin, but even that might not be enough to keep Niko Kovac in his job. We have all the team news and build up on the way, with kick-off at 7pm UK time.

RB Leipzig 0-3 Bayern Munich. It's another domestic double for the Bavarians, capped by a brace from Robert Lewandowski and another fine strike from Kingsley Coman. They were worthy winners in the end.

This, you feel, will be the first of many DFB-Pokal final appearances for Leipzig, and they will rue missing a flurry of chances. Bayern have been ruthless, and their class has shone through in the end.

SAVE!! This hasn't been a hammering, but now the floodgates have well and truly opened as Kimmich forces Gulacsi into a save, Robben is under pressure from Haidara and the ball is controlled by the veteran before he skies his shot! What an ending that would've been for the winger!

GOOOOOOAAAAAL!!!! RB Leipzig 0-3 Bayern Munich. It's a simple clearance from Kimmich that turns into a brilliant pass and Lewandowski is just too fast for Upamecano.
As Gulacsi comes out, the striker impudently just lifts the ball over the goalkeeper. It's a brilliant, brilliant finish. Lewandowski is booked for removing his shirt, but he won't care.

BOOKED! Dayot Upamecano becomes the first player in this final to go into the book as the referee deems this to have been a delibertae handball.
That's slightly harsh as his hand had nowhere to go. Kimmich's cross is met by Muller but it's directly at the keeper.

Kovac is remonstrating with his plaers on the touchline to focus and he very nearly pokes himself in the eye, that's how passionate he is.
SUB! Amadou Haidara is on for Konate as Leipzing make a third and final change.

His first touch was crucial and he left the Leipzig keeper with no chance. The Leipzig players were complaining that Lewandowski was obstructing Konate from getting across to Coman but it was more the defender doing the infringement.
Niko Kovac is closing in on a domestic double as the red flares go up in the Bayern end.

GOOOOOOAAAAALLLLLL! RB Leipzig 0-2 Bayern Munich. It's all over, surely now as Kingsley Coman takes this ball out of the sky, works it onto his left foot and thumps this ball past Gulacsi to give Bayern clear breathing space!

Bayern have been passing the ball around really confidently this half, with Leipzig at times not being able to handle them as Alaba this time just isn't found on the overlap by Coman. It's been a simple but very effective tactc all evening.
SAVE! Neuer has to be alert to make the save from Werner's speculative shot. The Germany keeper has been very alert when he's needed to be tonight.

SUB! Arjen Robben enters for the last DFB Pokal game and the last game for Bayern as he replaces Serge Gnabry. He scored in his final league game for the club last weekend. What can he do here?

SUB! Leipzig make their second change and they have to start throwing caution to the wind here as Dayot Upamecano comes on in place of the ineffectual Orban.

WIDE! Lewandowski hangs in the air after arriving perfectly onto Gnabry's chipped centre from the right.
He's up there for so long and has no one around him, but this time the Poland striker can only flick his effort just wide of Gulacsi's right-hand post. He has his head in his hands as he knows that was a chance for him....

Hummels takes the ball in the face from a fierce shot from Poulsen from distance before Konate is able to clear from Coman's delicious cross from the left. It's really end-to-end stuff at the moment.

SUBS! Konrad Leimer is on for Tyler Adams, and Bayern are also making their first change of the night as Javi Martinez is replaced by Corentin Tolisso. It's a big moment for Tolisso, who hasn't played since he sustained a cruciate ligament injury in September.

SAVE!! Hummels is allowed to run as he gets away from Adams and hammers the ball low at goal from distance, forcing Gulacsi into a smart save to his right.
Bayern come forward once more as Gnabry's cross is palmed onto the head of Thiago, who can't react quick enough to direct his effort on target. So close to a second!!

Poulsen and Sabitzer exchange passes down the right, but Sule is there once again in the right place to hook the ball around the post for a corner.
Bayern have conceded just three goals from corners all season, and they comfortably deal with Leipzig's latest assault as the clock ticks past the hour-mark.

CHANCE!!!! After Lewandowski is again thwarted by Gulacsi, Leipzig break at pace through Forsberg, who finds Werner in the channel down the right, he finds space for a fierce right-footed shot that beats Neuer but is kept out ON THE LINE by Sule!!!!!
So closer to a Leipzig leveller.
