Southgate calls Mount to the touchline, and energetically offers some instructions. We've got 20 and change left, maybe more, for a place in the final on Sunday.
70'
Grealish has gone to the left of Kane, Sterling switches to the right. Meanwhile, Braithwaite wins a free kick for Denmark that Stones heads clear from danger.
69'
England have got the momentum here, with Denmark trying to add some legs into it. Southgate is going for it; Grealish comes on for Saka to huge cheers. A touch surprising that change, as Saka has looked really threatening down the right.

Changes for Denmark incoming. Yussuf Poulsen, Daniel Wass and Christian Norgaard replace Damsgaard, Stryger Larsen and Dolberg.

Sterling and Saka trie to one-two through the Danish defence, but Christensen breaks it up. The ball falls to Mount, who can only tamely curl it into the clutch of Schmeichel.
62'
A long ball down the right briefly gets Mount in behind Vestergaard. He hasn't quite got the gas to get away though, and has to check back onto his left rather than go on. He shoots, but it's blocked. This is a really absorbing period of the game.
60'
Shaw overlaps Sterling on the left of the area, one of England's go to moves, and the low cross deflects behind of Hjojberg for a corner.
58'
Braithwaite dummies an inside ball and it lands at the feet of Dolberg, who spins and shoots from the edge. It's a daisy cutter, straight at Pickford, but Denmark are knocking it around confidently here.
57'
We've got a game on here. Solberg and Styger Larsen combine to get Braithwaite into the area on the right. His cross is blocked behind, and it's a Danish corner.
55'
EXCELLENT SAVE! Mount takes, Maguire wins it this time and Schmeichel dives full length to turn the ball away with one hand just as it looked set to creep inside the post.
54'
Kane buys a free kick off Maehle on the right of the Danish area.
53'
Braithwaite whips a cross into the six-yard box which Pickford punches away with an ostentatious dive. He's cleared the area though, and it's better than spilling it.
52'
EXCELLENT SAVE! Dolberg has been quiet tonight, but gets a shot off here. Maehle finds him near the edge of the area and he booms it at the bottom corner, and Pickford dives quickly to his right to palm it away. It turns out Dolberg was offside, but still; good stop.
49'
The free kick goes in, Maguire and Kjaer both go for it and Kjaer clears. Maguire caught Kjaer with his arm as he jumped, and left the Danish skipper in a heap; it's a yellow card. It seems a tad harsh and Maguire is livid, but it won't change anything.

Saka is starting to influence this game now. He goes on a sortie down the right touchline, and draws a free kick after a foul by Vestergaard.

2ND HALF
Off we go with half the second.

Half-time chatter: the lads in the ITV studio think England are frenzied, and too rushed. Some question over the positioning of Pickford on the free kick too, but I think that's harsh; it fair tore past him.

England probe around the edge of the Danish area, but can't slide rule their way through the defence. It's half-time, and we'll be back with you shortly.

The first airing of that song from 25 years ago rings around Wembley. There's a fair chunk of drama left in this one, I'll be bound.
42'
Braithwaite gets by Shaw on the right, but Rice tracks back well to divert any further danger.
That equaliser was an emphatic response from England to going behind for the first time in the tournament.

GOAL! England 1 (Kjaer o.g. 39) Denmark 1
England are level! Kane splits the Danish defence with a gorgeous pass to get Saka into the area on the right. Saka squares it into the six yard box, where Kjaer slides in to try and divert it away from Sterling, but can only send it into the roof of the net!
