It's another big win for England who have scored 10 goals in their last two games. This looked like being a tough test for Southgate's men after conceding an opener within 17 minutes, but their response was emphatic. The Three Lions certainly carry a bite at the moment.

- End of 2nd Half
FULL TIME: Montenegro 1-5 England
- Yellow cardDanny RoseEngland
That was a bit unnecessary from Rose and he is shown a late yellow card.
Handbags! There's a scuffle between Henderson and a few of the Montenegro players. I think it was Boljevic. Not sure what that was all about. They're still in each other's faces.
Three minutes of stoppage time to be played at the end of the match.
This England team is in good health at the moment. They have so many options, especially in the final third of the pitch. Southgate will be pleased with this performance.
- OffHarry KaneEngland
- OnCallum WilsonEngland
Somehow missed that Wilson came on a few minutes ago for England.
England are still pressing here. Montenegro gave up the ghost a long time ago, but Southgate's men are keen to add at least one more to the score sheet before they head home.
The England fans who have made the trip out to Montenegro will have enjoyed this one. They didn't enjoy the opening 20 minutes when it looked like this might be a tough one, but that was a long time ago.
It's easy to take this sort of performance and result from England for granted, but cast your mind back to when they were scraping draws or wins against teams far worse than this.
- OffRoss BarkleyEngland
- OnJames Ward-ProwseEngland
Ward-Prowse comes on to make his second appearance for England. He's been in great form recently.
Sterling cupped his hands to his ears in the direction of the home fans after that goal. There have been reports of racist abuse towards some of the England players from some at the game tonight.
- GoalRaheem SterlingEngland
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Montenegro 1 England 5 (80 mins - Raheem Sterling). You just knew that Sterling was going to finish that. Henderson played a wonderful through ball for the Manchester City forward to get on the end of and he calmly sent a low shot past the opposition goalkeeper to give England a four-goal lead.
Rice has played quite well in the centre of the pitch for England this evening. It must be said that the West Ham man has given away the ball a few times, but has recovered well each time.
There's a sense that England have taken their foot off the pedal in the last 10 minutes or so. They know this game is as good as won and so it's just about seeing out the victory now.
Southgate will be pleased with a number of different aspects of this performance. This could have been a tricky test for England, but they have allowed their superior quality to shine through.
- OffMarko SimicMontenegro
- OnVladimir JovovicMontenegro
A third and final change from the home side with Jovovic coming on for the final 15 minutes.
This result will give England two wins from two games to start their 2020 European Championships qualification campaign. They couldn't have asked for a better start.
Another excellent attack for England. They had a tough start to this match, but what a response they have offered up. They have had far too much quality for a decent Montenegro side.
- GoalHarry KaneEngland
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Montenegro 1 England 4 (71 mins - Harry Kane). It's a fourth for England and they will pick up three points from this game to take home! It was a rapid counter attack from the Three Lions with Sterling racing down the right side before squaring for Kane. He makes no mistake in finding the back of the net.
- OffMarko VesovicMontenegro
- OnAleksandar BoljevicMontenegro
Boljevic comes on for Montenegro. He will get 20 minutes to turn this game around for the hosts. Easy.
It's been three-and-a-half years since England won five internationals in a row, but they are well on their way to reaching that milestone again tonight. They are cruising through this.
Into the wall! That was an opportunity for Montenegro to test Pickford after Sterling gave away a freekick 20 yards out. But the strike only finds the middle of the England wall. Let down.
- OffDele AlliEngland
- OnJordan HendersonEngland
Southgate has also made a change and on comes Henderson for Dele, who had run out of steam in this second half.
- OffFatos BecirajMontenegro
- OnMarko JankovicMontenegro
A change for the home side and Jankovic comes on for the 25 minutes.
Will Southgate make some changes soon? Kane has played a lot of football recently, so might the England striker be a candidate to come off for the Three Lions? Or maybe Dele?
Hudson-Odoi has played very well, but Barkley has been the standout performer for England this evening. Keep in mind these are two players who have struggled at Chelsea this season.
England finally have a cushion and that should see them across the line. There's still 30 minutes left to play, but it would take quite a collapse from the World Cup semi finalists at this point.
- GoalRoss BarkleyEngland
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Montenegro 1 England 3 (59 mins - Ross Barkley). It's Barkley again! He has grabbed his second of the night and England now have three! Sterling created the chance, sending a low cross into the middle which was deflected into the path of the Chelsea midfielder who swept home a finish from about 10 yards out.
Montenegro have some wind in their sails at the moment. Is it possible that England are starting to look a bit leggy? Might Southgate need some fresh legs to refresh his team for the final 30 minutes?
That should serve as a warning sign to England. They have been in control of this match so far, but all it takes is one lapse of concentration at the back for that to change. It's still only 2-1.
England get lucky! That could have been an equaliser for Montenegro. England had THREE chances to clear the danger, but the hosts created a chance only for Beciraj to lash wide on the stretch.
- Yellow cardRoss BarkleyEngland
Barkley is shown a yellow card by the referee for taking a freekick too quickly. Seems harsh.
Hudson-Odoi has been the best player on the pitch since moving out to the left side of the pitch. Stojkovic can't cope with him. You wouldn't be surprised to see the Chelsea man add his name to the score sheet.
Fantastic effort! That would have been a stunning goal from Hudson-Odoi. His first touch was exceptional, he then dribbled towards the edge of the box and got the shot away, but Petkovic gets down to save.
PICTURE: Dele in Podgorica.
Chance for Sterling! The cross from Hudson-Odoi to the back post was a good one, with Sterling peeling away from his marker. But the England winger scuffed his shot and it flashes past the near post.
England did well to turn around the scoreline in the first half, but they must make sure that they don't allow Montenegro back into this match. The hosts have posed a threat at times.
- 2nd Half
The second half is under way! England have a 2-1 lead over Montenegro in this Euro 2020 qualifier.
What did you make of the first half? Should England relax now that they have turned the match around? How well has Hudson-Odoi played in the opening 45 minutes? Tweet me your thoughts!
- End of 1st Half
HALF TIME: Montenegro 1-2 England. Southgate's side started off slowly, conceding the opener against the run of play, but their response since then has been impressive, turning it around through goals from Keane and Barkley.
Just one minute of stoppage time to be played at the end of the first half.
VIDEO: Here is the goal from Barkley to put England 2-1 up.
England have been rather impressive in the way they have turned this game around after conceding a shock opener. They kept their heads and upped the tempo of their play.
One wonders what Sarri is thinking watching this game. Hudson-Odoi has been handed his first start for England before he has started a game for Chelsea in the Premier League.
Moving Hudson-Odoi out to the left side has really worked for England. The Chelsea winger is being afforded all kinds of space and Stojkovic just can't cope with his pace and trickery.
- GoalRoss BarkleyEngland
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Montenegro 1 England 2 (39 mins - Ross Barkley). England have completed the turnaround before half time! Hudson-Odoi cuts in off the left side, shifting the ball on to his right foot and gets the shot away. His shot might have been heading wide, but Barkley was on hand to convert from close range. England are ahead!
Rice is doing a good job of anchoring the England midfield. The Three Lions have needed someone like him for a while now and so it's possible he could become an integral figure.
Hudson-Odoi and Sterling have now switched wings, with the former on the left and the latter on the right. It seems that Hudson-Odoi is getting more space out on the right flank.
Double chance for Sterling! Great play from Hudson-Odoi to get to the byline and find Sterling at the back post with a cross, but Sterling's first header is blocked, as is his second shot.
Pickford saves! Mugosa was trying to catch the England and Everton goalkeeper off guard, taking aim from about 30 yards out, but Pickford gets down well to make the save and hold on to the ball.
Of course, England were exceptionally strong from set pieces at the World Cup last summer and they look to have kept that trait, despite Southgate wanting to diversify his side's game.
PICTURE: Rice on his first start as an England player.
- GoalMichael KeaneEngland
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Montenegro 1 England 1 (30 mins - Michael Keane). England are back on level terms! It was a loopy delivery from Barkley from a freekick on the right side, Keane gets up highest and then directs his header into the far corner of the Montenegro net! Southgate breathes a sigh of relief. They are level again.
Hudson-Odoi has another opportunity to drive at his full back, but once again the final ball from the Chelsea winger is poor. It hasn't been the best first half from the teenager so far.
There's no sense that Montenegro are holding on for dear life here, even as England dominate the possession. It's all a bit timid and tepid from the away side. They need more verve.
Montenegro are being extremely savvy with the way they are winning fouls and breaking up the play. England's young players need to be a bit more street smart in giving away freekicks.
In behind! Walker gets caught out and that allows Marusic in behind the England defence. His cross is cleared by Maguire. England need to be careful here that they don't fall further behind.
Rose has the ball and gestures to his teammates that he doesn't have many options. That has been an issue for England in these opening 25 minutes. All a little bit static in attack.
Sterling has probably been the liveliest player for England so far. Southgate needs a few others to step up. Hudson-Odoi has shown intent, but needs to add more quality to his final ball.
It seemed that the ball bounced off Keane as Vesovic bundled his way through the England defence. The finish was lovely, but the way the goal came about was a bit lucky.
England certainly have the quality to fight back, but they need to keep their composure. That goal might just be the thing that sparks them into life. They have been a little sluggish in attack.
This is a different sort of challenge for England now. Montenegro were quite happy sitting back before the goal, so what are they going to be like now that they have something to protect?!
That was sloppy from England. They were in complete control and didn't look like conceding, but they allowed Vesovic through far to easily as he beat Pickford with the finish.
- GoalMarko VesovicMontenegro
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Montenegro 1 (17 mins - Marko Vesovic) England 0. Out of nowhere Montenegro have taken the lead! That's their first sniff of goal and they have taken it! It came from a long ball forward, the knock down fell to Vesovic, who shifted the ball on to his right foot and then curled a shot into the far corner of the net! Wonderful finish!
It took England a little while to get going on Friday night before they ultimately stuck five goals past Czech Republic, so there's no reason to worry about the way they have started this game.
Montenegro are sitting deep, soaking up the pressure. Have they even ventured across the halfway line in the opening 10 minutes or so of this match? England are well in contro
Late run from Dele! Sterling did brilliantly to beat three defenders and then clip a cross into the penalty box. Dele was arriving late on the scene, but the clearance was made on the stretch.
There were some concerns over the fitness of Dele, but the Spurs man made the team for tonight's game. He will as something of a second striker up front alongside Kane.
England are seeing plenty of the ball early on, but they are being quite slow with their movements. Southgate will presumably want to see his players quicken up the speed of their play.
Good cross! That was a moment of danger for the Montenegro defence, but Simic did well to head behind Hudson-Odoi's cross to the near post. Maguire then heads over the corner.
England have never won five internationals in a row under Southgate. They are currently sitting on four straight wins, so this is an opportunity for them to break new ground and set a new record.
Hudson-Odoi had the chance to run at the defender for the first time in the match, but the Chelsea winger's touch let him down and Montenegro were given the chance to clear the danger.
Rose has been favoured to Chilwell on the left side of the England defence for this game this evening. Southgate has options in that area of the pitch. He also has Shaw, of course.
England are strong favourites to win this match, but the Three Lions were held to a 1-1 draw the last time they visited Montenegro, so they can't afford to be complacent. Focus is required.
- 1st Half
The match is under way! It's Montenegro against England in this Euro 2020 qualifier.
Okay, here we go. About to get started. Kick off in Montenegro is just moments away.
The two teams are in the tunnel about to walk about. There are a lot of empty seats in the stands, it should be noted. Not even close to being full.
Not long until kick off at the Stadion Pod Goricom. England will be confident of claiming another win here.
Barkley has been given a chance to show what he can do this evening. Southgate has shown more faith in the youngster than Sarri has for Chelsea so far this season. Opportunity.
