Aurier again with cross, but that man Ritchie de Laet is there again to clear.
Kane again fires into that red wall. Fantastic defending.
BLOCK! No, Spurs have one more opening, but firstly Kane's shot is brilliantly blocked, before Son's effort similarly hits the red wall. Five minutes of added time here.
Winsk fires over the top from a good position. Final chance gone?
Refaelov is replaced by Christian Benavente. Is the Israeli going to be the match winner here?
Spurs go from side to side, but cannot find a gap.
Bizarrely there are a host of fireworks going off above the stadium. A bit premature?
Lamela with the elbow to the face, but he escapes punishment.
Tottenham are still doing all the defending. They do not look like getting back into this.
Lamela and Son try and work space for the shot, but again they are crowded out.
You can hear Kane bellowing instructions to his team-mates, but still nothing is happening.
The home side still look like the team most likely to score next, as another shot is blocked.
MISS! Another great opportunity to make sure of a famous win for the home side, but Juklerod, who never looked convincing, blazes over after racing through on goal.
- OffMartin HonglaAntwerp
- OnBirger VerstraeteAntwerp
Martin Hongla is replaced by Birger Verstraete for the home side.
Great pressing from the home side, who are not giving Spurs any time on the ball whatsoever.
Winks with the foul on Mbokani, but no yellow card.
Son has options either side, but gets his pass all wrong. Sums up Spurs' evening.
CHANCE! First real chance for Spurs, Lucas slides the ball across for Heung-Min Son, but Seck makes a fine block. Son did not quite connect with the finish properly, however.
- OffKoji MiyoshiAntwerp
- OnAurélio ButaAntwerp
Change for the home side as Aurélio Buta replaces Miyoshi.
- OffGareth BaleTottenham Hotspur
- OnHarry KaneTottenham Hotspur
Here comes the main man! Not a good night for Bale as he is replaced by Tottenham's FIFTH and final change - Harry Kane.
SAVE! Lloris is forced to back pedal and tip Simen Juklerød's effort over the top.
WHAT A CHANCE! Should be two. Great football again from the hosts, super ball across from Miyoshi picks out Mbokani at the back post, but he blazes over the bar from four yards! What a let off for Spurs.
Lamela tries to clip a cross into the middle but it is easily cleared.
Those changes have had little effect really. No potency in attack for Spurs.
Woeful back pass from Harry Winks requires a fantastic recovering tackle from Davison Sanchez to bail Spurs out.
- OffCarlos ViníciusTottenham Hotspur
- OnHeung-Min SonTottenham Hotspur
So, the changes, with Jose not messing about. Lucas Moura, Hueng-min Son, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Erik Lamela are on.
- 2nd Half
KICK OFF! Get this, FOUR changes for Spurs at the start of the second half as we get back under way.
Lethargic does come to mind.
- End of 1st Half
HT: Antwerp 1-0 Tottenham. No added time here. That did not go to plan for Spurs, who were second best all half. Bale has been very ineffective.
Great play from the home side, but Miyoshi cannot get the cross into the middle.
Strange how with all thise talent, against supposedly weaker opposition, Spurs are yet to create a real chance.
Great play from Vinicius, but he has no support up there with him and he is crowded out.
Bale tries to do it all himself, but his effort is well over the top from distance again.
And what a finish it was!
Bale drives forward, looks for the return from Vinicius, but the poor pass from the Spurs striker sees another move break down.
The home side, in truth, look really comfortable here. Perhaps a shock is on the cards!
Better response from Spurs, with Bergwijn firing over the top.
Just what Spurs deserve really. Davies delayed far too long and loses the ball, former Norwich and Hull man Dieumerci Mbokani breaks, feeds it across for Refaelov, who hammers the ball into the net. What a story this could be!
- GoalLior RefaelovAntwerp
GGGGGOOOOAAAALLLL!!! Antwerp 1-0 Tottenham. Mistake from Ben Davies as Refaelov puts the hosts in front.
Spurs still look really flat here, and cannot get going in attack.
Vinicius looks to be on the end of a Alli pass, but he miscontrols at the last.
Bale, so far, as been a bystander and cannot get on the ball at all.
CHAAANCE! Great opportunity for the home side as Lior Refaelov takes a great first touch to set himself up, but volleys over the top.
- Yellow cardAbdoulaye SeckAntwerp
First yellow card of the game for Abdoulaye Sech for a lung on Harry Winks.
Better from Spurs as Bergwijn works space for the shot but it is straight at the goalkeeper.
Not really gelling so far.
SAVE! First shot on target is from Giovani Lo Celso from distance, but it is easily saved.
Corner in is met by the head of Pieter Gerkens, he heads for goal, but it squirms well wide.
Nice touch from Vinicius, Alli does well to feed it back across, but Vinicius cannot get there.
Koji Miyoshi works space for the shot for the visitors, but it is blocked.
Alli looks to feed the ball into the middle, but that is easily cut out.
We have a first shot at goal from Bale, but that is speculative to say the least, given how far out he was. Always heading wide.
Antwerp have settled into this and are enjoying plenty of possession.
Steven Bergwijn tries to clip the cross into the middle, but it just avoids Dele Alli.
- 1st Half
KICK OFF! We are up and running here in Belgium.
The main man is almost ready.
Ahead of kick off, catch up with all the latest transfer talk from across Europe as PSG could be willing to part with two of their most prized assets.
Jose does love this competition. Including qualifiers, Spurs manager Jose Mourinho is unbeaten in his last 15 matches in the Europa League (W12 D3), winning all four games this season by an aggregate score of 15-4.
A landmark evening for the Welshman.
HEAD TO HEAD: o This will be the very first game between these sides in European competition. Royal Antwerp have been drawn with English opposition on two previous occasions, both in the UEFA Cup; they beat Aston Villa home and away in 1975-76 but were defeated home and away by Newcastle in 1994-95. Spurs have never won away to Belgian opposition (D2 L3), losing on each of their last two visits, both in the Europa League: against Anderlecht in 2015-16 and KAA Gent in 2016-17.
BALE STARTS AT LAST! DELE ALSO IN: The headline news this evening is that Gareth Bale starts his first Spurs game in seven-and-a-half years, with Dele Alli also returning to the starting XI as Jose Mourinho shuffles his pack. Harry Kane is on the bench alongside Heung-min Son. There's no place for Toby Alderweireld in the side despite him growing up in Antwerp - typical Jose.
