The most comfortable of second periods for Arsenal after a bit of a shaky start but Mikel Arteta will be fairly happy with the result and some good illustrations of the young attacking talent he has at his disposal. Thanks for following the match with us tonight.

Tierney at least wants a goal and he strikes a fierce effort from just inside the box but Gartland, probably the pick of the Dundalk side, blocks his effort.
You get the feeling both sides would happily shake hands now and take the 3-0 result.
Nelson has a stylish run and backheel before Tierney blazes over the bar.
Free kick from Hoban from 30 yards out flies well wide of the target.
Xhaka comes off for Tierney and Balogun replaces Nketiah.
Willock showing some lovely feet on the by-line and sets up Nketiah who blazes over the bar.
Maitland-Niles breaks into the area and strikes at goal but Rogers gets down to block the effort.
Willock danced around a couple of defenders in the box but stand-in skipper Gartland recovered well to force a corner.
Gannon comes on for Shields for Dundalk. The slew of substitutions is taking the flow out of the game which suits the visitors really.
Ceballos and Willian enter the fray for Mustafi and Pepe.
Nelson puts in a corner in to the back post but Elneny is penalised for a foul.
Nketiah tries a low curling effort into the far corner but it bends just too late.
Another switch for Dundalk. Hoare comes on for Cleary.
McEleney looks like he's stretched his groin and is repaced by Flores.
GOAL! And what a goal. Pepe with his wrong foot hits a delightful dink from the edge of the box into the top right hand corner. Willocks squared the ball across the 18-yard box and there didn't seem a great deal of danger but a slight roll away from the defender and then a superb effort gave Rogers no chance.
Arsenal restart the game.
Sloggett comes on for Dundalk replacing Murray. Better name for a cricketer really.
The whistle goes just as Nelson was moving dangerously in the Dundalk half so at least the Irish side didn't lose another before the break. They can regroup at half time now.
GOAL! The scoreline could be anything now you feel. The Dundalk defenders all at sea. Three defenders go to close down Pepe and Willock all on his own on the left side of the box takes the ball down brilliantly and then lifts it over Rogers and into the roof of the net.
GOAL! And what an awful way for Dundalk to concede. Rogers misses a corner that looked straightforward to punch out and Nketiah beats Gartland to the ball three yards out and flashes it home.
What a chance for Nketiah. The corner falls to Pepe on the edge of the area all on his own and his effort is deflected off a defender for the young striker but it comes off his shin and wide of the target. The closest we've come so far.
Joe Willock strikes from long distance but Rogers is comfortably behind it diving to his right.
Willock crosses to the back post and though Kolasinac's header did not too difficult to deal with Rogers pushed it over the bar rather than collect it.
Maitland-Niles plays a one-two with Nketiah but as soon as he looks to shoot Gartland dispossesses him.
Dundalk win a corner but for the second time Runarsson collects comfortably. He is unlikely to be too tested tonight but looks to have safe hands.
They are defending tenaciousluy Dundalk, Pepe shimmied in the box and seemed to open space for a shot but the defenders quickly shut down the opportunity.
Nketiah makes a run behind the right centre back inside the area but is caught offside.
Dundalk finally get some ball in the Arsenal third but Mountney puts his cross from the right flank out for a goal kick.
Lovely strike from Reiss Nelson, Elneny draws two men and then slips a ball back to the England Under-21 forward on the edge of the box and his strike is just a yard wide of the target.
Pepe heads over the bar Kolasinac's cross.
Kolasinac puts a dangerous cross into the box but again no Arsenal player is on the six-yard box to meet it. You feel they need to support Nketiah in attack if they are to break the deadlock.
Willock plays a lovely square ball between defenders and Rogers but Nketiah wasn't there to nudge it home.
An awful corner from Pepe goes straight into the side-netting.
Nice play from Willock there nutmegging Dundalk skipper Chris Shielf in the box before Andrew Boyle slid in to put the ball out for a corner.
Finally a shot in anger from Arsenal, it's from Cedric on the half-volley from 20 yards but his left-footed strike flies high over the bar.
Bit flat from Arsenal early on. The Irish outfit will be delighted with how comfortable they've settled into the game.
The first shot at goal is from Dundalk and McEleney. The effort from 30 yards was probably going wide by Runarsson was taking no chances and pushed it behind anyway.
Arsenal as expected enjoying lots of possession in the Dundalk half but no goal threat yet.
Dundalk get us underway.
Granit Xhaka is the only player who started against Leicester in the 1-0 defeat at the weekend - Mustafi, Pepe and Nketiah all came off the bench in the second half.
The players are now coming out of the tunnel.
If there were only fans at the Emirates there would be a great atmosphere after Spurs losing to Antwerp.
Dundalk also went one up against Molde but could not hold on to get anything out of the game.
Arsenal won the first game against Rapid Vienna 2-1 but only after a calamitous error from Bernd Leno. You can be sure debutant Runarsson won't be making any fancy passes in his area like this.
England's record Under-21 goalscorer Eddie Nketiah will lead the line for the Gunners tonight, supported by fellow young star Reiss Nelson and Pepe.
While this will obviously be a massive game for Dundalk players, they have a lot of experience at least. Keeper Gary Rogers is approaching a half-century of European appearances and four years ago they came close to reaching the Champions League group stage before beating Maccabi Tel Aviv and drawing with AZ Alkmaar away in the Europa League - a run that boosted the reputation of current Republic of Ireland boss Stephen Kenny.
And this is the Dundalk XI that will step out at the Emirates Stadium tonight.
Here is how the Gunners are lining up. There is a first appearance between the sticks for Icelandic stopper Runar Alex Runarsson.
