It's all over in Leicester as the spoils are shared. It's been a blistering game and the Foxes almost held on to win it, but Napoli deserved something out of it on the balance of play, and they got the draw thanks to the outstanding Victor Osimhen.
It's a second yellow for Ndidi and he will now miss the next game in this competition. Both fouls looked like bookings in truth, although it's a shame for the midfielder, who had been outstanding tonight.
Big chance for Politano, who meets a free-kick unmarked but can't keep his header down.
There will be FIVE minutes of added time. Plenty for one of these teams to snatch a win.

On comes Jamie Vardy as Brendan Rodgers rolls the dice.
- GoalVictor OsimhenNapoli
GOOOAAALLL!!! Heartbreak for Leicester as Osimhen produces a peach of a header for his second goal of the game. 2-2!
Lookman does superbly to force a corner as he looks to nip on the end of a through-ball in the Napoli box. This would be a famous, famous win for the Foxes if they can hold on.
There's a pause while a couple of players receive treatment, which Leicester won't mind one bit. It breaks up Napoli's flow.
- OffBoubakary SoumaréLeicester City
- OnJames MaddisonLeicester City
Another change for Leicester. Can Maddison help his side to a famous win?
Tielemans puts his side under pressure and Soyuncu lunges in as last man as he tries to rescue the situation. There was a covering defender, probably, and that saves the centre-back, who receives just a yellow card.
European football is delivering in style this week and this is a gem of a game to finish it off. This time it's Napoli who launch on a mistake and force a corner.
Tielemans goes down in the box looking for a penalty but there's very little in that and the appeals are waved away.
- OffPatson DakaLeicester City
- OnAdemola LookmanLeicester City
Another change for Leicester as Rodgers looks to keep the momentum going.
It’s an extremely open game now, with Leicester playing some glorious football in midfield on the break, but Napoli quite happy to allow the hosts to come out and leave space in behind.
- GoalVictor OsimhenNapoli
GOOOAAALLL!!! Game on! Napoli pull one back in exquisite fashion. A lovely one-touch move is expertly finished by Osimhen, who dinks a sublime finish over the onrushing Schmeichel. 2-1!
- GoalHarvey BarnesLeicester City
GOOOAAALLL!!! There’s no doubt about this one. Just seconds after Napoli make a double change Leicester take advantage of a sloppy pass and Iheanacho feeds Barnes, who takes it onto his left and slams a shot into the far corner. 2-0!
NO GOAL! Leicester think they’ve snaffled a second! Tielemans dinks the ball on to Daka just inside the box and he turns to hit it low and hard first time through the keeper. VAR checks for a very tight offside, and after an agonising wait the goal is chalked off.
A delightful chipped free-kick from Insigne catches Leicester napping, but nobody from Napoli can get on the end of it and it runs through to Schmeichel. Another let-off.
Vestergaard looks to halt a Napoli break and is booked after getting nowhere near the ball. He protests but that’s a yellow.
A low cross finds Lozano, but he doesn’t take it on first time and is unable to control the ball and Leicester are reprieved.
It’s been a stop-start second half so far, with Napoli seeing more of the ball but Leicester appearing much more solid in their shape since making the changes.

And there's a change at the back too for the Foxes.
- OffAyoze PérezLeicester City
- OnYouri TielemansLeicester City
Tielemans was a surprise absentee in the starting line-up.
Napoli get the game back underway and Leicester have made a couple of changes to try and stem the tide.
- End of 1st Half
The whistle goes and Leicester will be relieved to get down the tunnel and regroup. The Premier League side are a goal to the good, but Napoli are pushing extremely hard for that equaliser. Catch you in 15.
The chances are flowing with alarming regularity now for Napoli, from a Leicester point of view. Only a Schmeichel double save denies them on this occasion, with Lozano’s close range header straight at the Foxes stopper and then Ruiz seeing his follow-up from the edge of the box saved.
Osimhen has done everything brilliantly except that final shot for Napoli, and his finishing again lets him down as he pokes over when unmarked in the box.
A loose ball breaks to Insigne who cracks a shot fractionally wide. That was too close for comfort.
Leicester survive, somehow! It’s brilliant again from Osimhen, who cuts it back for Zielinski. But Castagne makes a brilliant intervention and Schmeichel reacts to stop the deflection going in. Wonderful defending from the pair of them.
Insigne cuts inside and tries to bend a shot into the far corner (obviously, that's his move). But Schmeichel watches it fly harmlessly wide.
Napoli are starting to take control of midfield and the game. But Leicester have the lead and won't be hugely concerned unless the chances start flowing.
Osimhen shows a blistering turn of pace to get in behind the Leicester defence and then keeps his composure to turn a low cross into Malcuit, but the full-back’s shot isn’t up to scratch.
Napoli give the ball straight to Daka, which isn’t an ideal move, but the forward’s first touch takes him towards the only covering defender and the chance disappears.
Anguissa is down after a challenge with Ndidi. The Leicester midfielder is shown a yellow card as he went slightly over the top. It wasn’t enough for a red, but it also wasn’t a million miles away.
Napoli put together a decent spell of pressure, but Ndidi reads the final move all the way and turns the ball behind for a corner which Leicester’s big centre-backs deal with well.
Insigne lines up a free-kick in a dangerous spot, but he can’t keep his effort down, much to the delight of the fans behind the goal.
The volume has cranked up another notch in Leicester and the Foxes are ticking now. It’s the perfect game state for them now too, with likely even more opportunities to use their pace on the break.
- GoalAyoze PérezLeicester City
GOOAAALLL!!! Leicester have the lead! The Foxes break at pace again and Barnes dinks a beautiful deep cross to pick out the run of Perez, who volleys a low finish home. 1-0!
So close to an opener for Leicester as Napoli get in a right tangle at the back and the ball breaks to Barnes in the box. It looks all the world like being 1-0 to the Foxes, but Ospina spreads himself and makes an outstanding save to deflect the close-range effort past the post.
Leicester break but Barnes is caught just offside. This XI from Rodgers is set up to hit Napoli hard on the counter, but they’ll need to be more clinical than that.
That’s a nervy start for Schmeichel, who fails to hold a shot from range and is fortunate to see the loose ball fall to a blue shirted defender.
- 1st Half
Leicester, kitted out in their classic blue and white, get the game underway. Napoli are in their change red strip with orange and blue trim. Yes, it’s as ugly a kit as that sounds.
The players are out in Leicester and it’s a rocking atmosphere. This has a real big-game feel to it.
So that of course means no Vardy, Maddison or Tielemans in the starting line-up for Leicester. Interesting.
Leicester XI: Schmeichel, Castagne, Evans, Vestergaard, Bertrand, Soumaré, Ndidi, Pérez, Barnes, Daka, Iheanacho.
Napoli XI: Ospina, Malcuit, Rrahmani, Koulibaly, Di Lorenzo, Fabián, Anguissa, Lozano, Zielinski, Insigne, Osimhen.
Kick-off is rapidly approaching, so now is as good a time as any to take another look at those starting XIs.
Napoli have shaken off the disappointment of missing out on Champions League qualification on the last day of the season by starting the new campaign with a bang. Luciano Spalletti’s side got right back on the horse to take maximum points from their three Serie A matches, including a 2-1 win over Juventus last weekend.
It’s been a mixed bag at the start of the season for Leicester, with two wins from four in the Premier League so far. A 1-0 defeat to Manchester City last time out is no big disaster, but manager Rodgers will be concerned that his side have not really clicked in any of their four matches to-date.
Unfortunately for Leicester, much of the preparation for this game has centred around speculation over the future of midfielder Youri Tielemans. But manager Brendan Rodgers says that such rumours are expected with a player of the Belgian’s quality, and sounds resigned to losing the player eventually.
"There's no drama with it. It's just the reality of the situation,” Rodgers said this week. “It only becomes a problem to me if there's a lack of commitment or there's not the same intensity but that's never been the case with Youri.
" It's natural, he is a very talented player who is in discussions with the club and we'll see where that takes us. He is a top-class professional and a joy to work with and while he is here - for however long that is - he will always give and I will always give the best to his development."
The format of European competition this season means that only the team who finish bottom of the group after all six matchdays will be completely eliminated from European competition. Every third-place finisher will drop into a knockout round in the UEFA Europa Conference League to play one of the group runners up from that competition for a place in its last-16.
Legia Warsaw currently top Group C after their win in the opening game against Spartak Moscow yesterday. But it is the two teams playing tonight who are favourites to progress to the latter stages, and a win for either in this game would be a great start towards qualifying.
Good evening! Leicester City get their Europa League campaign underway tonight against Napoli, and I’ll be bringing you all of the action, with kick-off at 8pm UK time.
