FT: Chelsea 4-2 Spurs. The Blues reach the 2017 FA Cup final as goals from Willian (2), Hazard and Matic do the damage. Kane and Alli twice responded for Spurs but they couldn't make their dominance count.
Kane thumps it through the wall, but it doesn't quite creep over the line despite squirming under Courtois. That sums it up for Poch and co.

Four minutes added. The Spurs end is emptying rapidly.
Tottenham still attacking but their belief has gone now.
This is very tough for Spurs. They were the better side at 1-1 and 2-2, but Chelsea just have that winning know-how.
Fabregas picks out Costa with a cross from the right, but the striker miscues his free header. It should be five.
Pochettino grimacing. Spurs set for more Wembley woe and a record seventh straight semi final loss.
Worth waiting for!
Hazard charges through, he rounds Lloris but is forced wide. The Belgian cuts it back for Alonso but Alderweireld blocks the shot.
Spurs look shell-shocked. Chelsea fans are already in party mode.
A first of the season for Matic and it will probably mean a place in the final.

Hazard shields the ball well and busy a free kick off Wanyama.
The Lilywhites look to respond again. Eriksen's teasing free kick is nodded behind by the impressive Luiz. The resulting corner is cleared but Spurs will come again.
That really is harsh on Spurs, who have bossed this match for long spells.

Chelsea finally break, but Alli trips Moses and goes in the book.
All hands to the pump for Chelsea. Even Costa is back there helping out.
Chelsea hanging in there. Wanyama is left free at the far post, but his header back can't pick out a teammate. The clearance is miscued but the Blues get away with it.
Chelsea are creaking. Walker wins another corner down the right.
Willian now watching on from the bench after initially going straight down the tunnel. Injury or just angry?
That change will see Trippier move to the left side with Walker on the right.

Ake sticks to his task as Kane pressed down the left. The striker twisted and turned but was eventually tackled by the young defender.
First sighting of the Hazard-Costa combo, but the Spain forward is flagged offside.
Kane's low cross from the right towards Alli is stabbed clear by Azpilicueta.
Nervy moments for Chelsea's defence. Spurs looking very dangerous down both flanks, but Wanyama loses patience and flashes well over from 25 yards.
Alli leads a Spurs break and looks for Eriksen with a raking ball into the area, but the Dane can only head timidly at Courtois.

Courtois nervously punches the corner clear. It's eventually worked to Alli who fires over.
Dembele shoots from long range, but it's deflected wide. More Spurs pressure.
Willian jinks in from the right and lines up a low drive for the hat-trick - big block from Vertonghen.

Replays showing it was a great tackle by Ake to deny Alli in the area. He just got a touch on the ball.
Alli breaks into the box once more.... He goes down... No penalty says Martin Atkinson the referee.

GOAL! Alli makes it 2-2! The midfielder makes a brilliant run into the box to thump home Eriksen's world-class pass from deep.
DID YOU KNOW? Tottenham's last FA Cup success over Chelsea was in the sixth round in 1982 (3-2).
Luiz denies Kane once again. Eriksen works a short corner, but the move falls apart and the Blues clear their lines.
Luiz blatantly obstructs Alli, but the referee doesn't give a free kick. Bemused looks all around.

KICK OFF! Chelsea restart the contest. They are 45 minutes away from the final.

HT: Chelsea 2-1 Spurs. The Blues lead thanks to Willian's penalty after Kane had cancelled out the Brazilian's early free kick.

Lloris handles it outside his own box - but the assistant doesn't see it. Let off for Spurs.
Batshuayi wanted to take that penalty but Conte screamed over instructions for Willian to assume the responsibility.

PENALTY TO CHELSEA! Son rashly slides into a challenge on Moses. Crazy challenge from the South Korean.
Eriksen fires straight at Courtois from 25 yards after Azpilicueta's rushed clearance fell kindly for the Dane.
Superb reading of the game from Luiz as he snuffs out the danger once more. This time he denies Son's clever diagonal run into the box from the left flank.

Another free kick to Spurs on the right. Alonso not enjoying himself this evening! More danger with Eriksen over it.
STAT: Chelsea have only lost one of their last five FA Cup semi-final ties - but it was in their last such appearance in 2013 (vs Manchester City).
Spurs have been the better side since Kane's leveller.
Son marauds down the left but Azpilicueta is across to block the cross. It's another corner to Tottenham. Eriksen loops the secondary ball back into the mix, but it's beyond his teammates and Chelsea survive.
DID YOU KNOW? Since beating Chelsea in the League Cup final in 2008, Tottenham have won just one of their eight games at Wembley (D2 L5), beating CSKA Moscow in a Champions League group stage game in December.
Kane powers into the box but stumbles as Kante and Azpilicueta looked to crowd him out. The referee isn't interested and Kane didn't appeal either.

Spurs with their tails up. Free kick on the right. Eriksen floats it in again, but it's dealt with on this occasion.

GOAL! Spurs are level. The corner is cleared but worked back to Eriksen, who curls a lovely cross in for Kane to guide a flick header into the far corner.
A clever free kick is worked low into the area for Kane, but the forward's shot is well blocked by Kante.

Chelsea lost their last match against Manchester United – but they’ve not lost back-to-back games in all competitions since April 2016 (vs Swansea and Man City). This has been a great reaction thus far.
Chelsea have had a couple of corners to deal with, but apart form that they've bossed this so far.
Kante with the freedom of the right side of the Spurs area. He picks out Batshuayi with the pull back, but the striker takes too long and Spurs eventually clear.
All talk of Hazard and Costa suddenly forgotten!
DID YOU KNOW? Tottenham have lost each of their last six FA Cup semi-final appearances (1993, 1995, 1999, 2001, 2010 and 2012). Should they lose this, they’ll set a record for consecutive FA Cup semi-final defeats (Chelsea also six between 1920 and 1966).

Pedro rampages through the middle of the Spurs defence but is abruptly brought crashing to the ground by Alderweireld. Yellow card for the Lilywhites defender.
Chelsea easily deal with it and break at pace. Willian surges down the right but Lloris reacts smartly to thump it to safety with Batshuayi bearing down on him.
Early corner for Spurs as Kane sees his cross from the right blocked by Ake.
Great tribute to Ehiogu from all corners of the ground.
PREVIOUSLY: The last time these sides met in the competition was in the 2012 semi-final, with Chelsea running out 5-1 winners en route to lifting the trophy.

KICK OFF! Spurs get this cup semi final up and running.
A minute's applause in memory of Ugo Ehiogu, who sadly passed away this week.
This is the fourth meeting between these sides at the new Wembley, making it the joint-most played fixture at the ground since it re-opened in 2007 (Chelsea v Man Utd also four).
DID YOU KNOW? Son Heung-Min has been involved in more goals than any other player in this season’s FA Cup (6 goals, 1 assist).
Dele Alli was the difference in the Premier League match back in January - and Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has been hugely impressed by the youngster.
Plenty of smiles around Wembley in the lead up to this one.

Fair to say, the atmosphere is building nicely...
Chelsea have lost two of their last four matches. Their last defeat prior to a 12-game unbeaten run that preceded this blip was at Tottenham on January 4. However, in all competitions, Spurs have won just two of their last 16 meetings with Chelsea (D7 L7).
Needless to say, it's a heavyweight last four weekend this season. Here's Eurosport's Des Kane on why the FA Cup is in vogue for the big boys.
"I think if there is one favourite it's Chelsea because they are top of the table, because of the experienced players and the manager that they have," Pochettino, whose Tottenham side lost the 2015 League Cup final to Chelsea, told reporters on Friday. Now the team news is out, you'd have to say it's Spurs....
Antonio Conte: "Tottenham are a really great power in English football, they are working for three years. They are a great team, they are showing for the second year to fight for the title. Last year they missed this, they are doing it again and are full of great, strong players."
Spurs name a strong line up with Kieran Trippier and Victor Wanyama coming in. Ben Davies and Kyle Walker drop to the bench. Hugo Lloris starts between the sticks and features in his first FA Cup tie since 2014.
Interesting team selection from Antonio Conte. Diego Costa and Eden Hazard are on the bench with Michy Batshuayi coming in to lead the attack. Gary Cahill is absent with gastroenteritis, so Nathan Ake earns a start in defence. Thibaut Courtois and Marcos Alonso return after missing the defeat at Manchester United.
