The striker has warded off interest from other clubs by penning the new deal ahead of England's first match of the World Cup in 10 days.
The club confirmed the news in a video, revealing the contract on the big screens at their new stadium.
In a tweet posted by the club, Kane said he was "delighted," adding "Can't wait to see all you fans in the stadium next season."
The England captain scored 30 league goals last season, making him the second-highest scorer after Liverpool's Mo Salah but also broke the record for the number of goals scored in a calendar year, previously hekd by Alan Shearer. He was the top goal scorer in the previous two seasons.
The announcement comes following months of speculation as to the striker's future, with many pundits doubting he could commit to the club long-term in the absence of trophies.
