The new boy Morata is preparing to come on along with Luiz.
GREAT DEFENDING: Another brilliant ball from Ribery who finds Rodriguez who is through on goal but Cahill does brilliantly to block his shot. That looked a certain goal.
Conte screams at Alonso to keep going, the Spaniard looks tired in this more attacking full-back role.
SO CLOSE! Friedl with a delicious cross down the left for Rodriguez whose header goes agonisingly wide. That was poor marking from Alonso.
CHANCE! Coman, who replaced Lewandowski at the back, skins Alonso and crosses the ball from the right for Ribery who lashes a volley over the bar.
It's been more of an even contest in the second period but Bayern look more threatening.
Willian has gone down injured after a strong but fair challenge from Rodriguez. He looks to be okay to continue.
WAYWARD: Tuliso chests the ball down 30 yards and whacks a volley high and wide. The new signing from Lyon has looked solid overall.

CHANCE! A rare attack from Chelsea sees Willian trade passes with Boga before dragging a low effort well wide.
We have reached the midway point of the first half and Bayern, who are without Vidal and Robben, have been dominant. Sanches has controlled the midfield while Ribery's pace has been electric at times.
Batshuayi gives the ball away, the Belgian has had a quiet game so far. He looks the most likely to be subbed.
Chelsea look surprisingly disorganised at the back. Cahill had to come across and cover for that Rodriguez effort, Alonso was not in the picture.
WHAT A MISS! Ribery lofts the ball into Rodriguez who has acres of space in the box. He controls the ball and spoons his shot over the bar, should have found the target from there.
This performance from Bayern has been the complete contrast to their display against Milan, they look like their pride was hurt after the 4-0 defeat. The forward players have looked full of energy.

GOOD DEFENDING: Azpilcueta does well to tackle Lewandowski as he beared down on goal after a good run from Muller.
No Bakayoko or Rudiger in the squad, Conte is giving them more time to work on their fitness. But we could see Morata in the second half for his debut.
Courtois will not want to see a replay of that, he was too slow to get down to the effort. Alonso was a bit sluggish in tracking back as well.
