Leroy Sane will play no part in Germany's friendly against Peru after leaving the team hotel for "private reasons"
Sane, who was left out of Germany's World Cup squad in Russia, left the team hotel on Friday.
The German FA confirmed the Manchester City star had left the squad after talks with head coach Joachim Low and will take no part in Sunday's friendly against Peru.
According to reports from Bild and Goal, the reason for Sane's departure was to attend the birth of his child.
Earlier this week, Sane was told he must improve his attitude in order to fulfil his potential by German team-mate Toni Kroos.
"He's a player who has everything you need to be a world-class player but sometimes you have to tell him he has to perform better," said Real Madrid midfielder Kroos.
Sane has endured a tough start to the Premier League season and was dropped by Pep Guardiola for Manchester City's win over Newcastle due to a dip in intensity during training.
