Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Arsenal midfielder Bukayo Saka and Leicester winger Harvey Barnes have all been called up to the England squad for the first time ahead of their matches against Wales, Belgium and Denmark.
Harry Maguire has been recalled following his arrest and trial in Greece in August while Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood - who both broke Iceland's coronavirus regulations on national team duty in September - have been omitted from Gareth Southgate's squad.
Southgate has also recalled Ben Chilwell, Harry Winks, Jordan Henderson and Marcus Rashford, but there are no places for Luke Shaw or James Maddison.
England host Wales in a friendly on October 8 before taking on Belgium (October 11) and Denmark (October 14) in the UEFA Nations League Group A2 matches.
Calvert-Lewin joins up with the England squad having scored eight goals in five appearances in all competitions so far this season including two hat-tricks.
"I'm a very, very proud man to get this first England call," the 23-year-old said.
"I phoned my mum and my dad, and my mum burst into tears.
It's something we've spoken about since I was a young boy. To get here now and get the call-up is a dream come true. I'm very happy.
Foden and Greenwood had issued apologies in the aftermath of the Covid-19-related incident but Southgate had said they would have to regain his trust before they can be considered for selection.
A Greek court found Harry Maguire guilty of repeated bodily harm, attempted bribery, violence against public employees and insult following a brawl on the island of Mykonos.
The 27-year-old was handed a suspended prison sentence of 21 months and 10 days but the United captain has been granted a full retrial after appealing the convictions.
