Former England international Joe Cole knows a thing or two about what it takes at the top level and has compared fellow Coventry loanee Adam Armstrong to Sergio Aguero.

The 18-year-old took his tally to 12 goals in 14 matches as the Sky Blues edged past Barnsley in an enthralling 4-3 encounter on Tuesday.
Cole netted Coventry's fourth but after the match turned the focus on Newcastle loanee Armstrong, who reminds him of Manchester City striker Aguero.
"I've come here to help the team and I'm excited to play with young players and help them develop on and off the pitch," he told www.ccfc.co.uk.
"Armstrong reminds me of Aguero in a way, he's of the build and he's hungry for goals.
"In a lovely way he's selfish for goals and has the ingredients to be a top player and go on to score many more goals."
