John Terry: This could be one of the greatest seasons in Chelsea's history

John Terry has written an emotional note to Chelsea fans as he prepares to leave the club at the end of the season.

The 36-year-old leads his team against Watford in the Premier League on Monday and will also hope to feature against Sunderland on May 21 and in the FA Cup final on May 27 at Wembley.
And Terry believes this campaign, which has seen him pick up a fifth Premier League title, could be one of the greatest in the club's history.
“What an unbelievable feeling and, believe me, it just gets better and better," he wrote in his programme notes for the Watford match.
“I'm so proud of this team and all the players and management for all the hard work, effort and sacrifices everyone has made this season.
“On a personal note, I can't tell you how important it is to me to have the chance to celebrate my fifth Premier League title at the end of my last season as a Chelsea player.
It's a dream ending for me, and with the FA Cup Final still to come, it could turn out to be one of the greatest season's in the club's history.
“If I could have written my story as a 14-year-old, when I signed on the pitch, this would have been it. Thank you to everyone, from the bottom of my heart.”
