Football news - Injured Luis Suarez set to miss fortnight, but will be fit for Manchester United

Luis Suarez is set to be out for up to 15 days after suffering a sprained ankle during Barcelona's 4-1 Liga victory at Real Betis on Sunday.

Suarez, 32, scored a fabulous solo goal during the victory that saw Lionel Messi hit a stunning hat-trick.
Suarez went down towards full-time clutching his ankle, and was replaced by Carles Aleñá.clearly in some discomfort.
He is the second top scorer in La Liga with 18 goals behind Messi's 29.
Suarez could miss matches with Espanyol and Villarreal and return to face Atletico Madrid in La Liga on April 6.
He should be fit for the first leg of Barca's Champions League quarter-final against Manchester United at Old Trafford on April 10th.
Suarez is out of Uruguay squad ahead of their China Cup match with Uzbekistan on March 22.
"Tests carried out on Monday morning have confirmed that first team player Luis Suárez has a sprained right ankle," said Barcelona in a statement.
"He will be out for 10-15 days and now undertake his recovery with the FC Barcelona medical team, having been withdrawn from the Uruguayan national team squad."
