The two teams are out at the Santiago Bernabeu. Sounds like an incredible atmosphere in the Spanish capital, as one might expect.

Barcelona have a two-point lead at the top of La Liga. This is Setien's first Clasico in charge of the Catalan club. He has beaten Real Madrid as a manager before, though.

Just five minutes until kick off at the Santiago Bernabeu now. These might be two flawed sides going through something of a transition, but this remains the biggest fixture in European football. It's all eyes on the Spanish capital this evening. Who do you see coming out on top?

Look who is at the Santiago Bernabeu tonight? Marca say this is the first time Ronaldo has been back since he left Real Madrid for Juventus in the summer of 2018.

Vinicius has been picked to start on the left side for Real Madrid this evening with Isco out on the right side. Bale, Vazquez and Modric are all on the bench for Los Blancos. You'd assume that we will see at least two of these three at some point of the match this evening.

Real Madrid come into this game having won just one of their last five matches in all competitions. Zidane's side have suffered something of a collapse recently, losing to Real Sociedad, Levante and Man City, and dropping points at home to Celta Vigo, in the space of just a few weeks.

It's been a while since a Clasico had this much riding on it in terms of the La Liga title race. There is just two points between the two rivals at the top of the table. The result tonight could have a big bearing on where the trophy ends up this season. So much on the line.

Not the best of omens for Real Madrid...

BARCELONA TEAM NEWS: Ter Stegen, Semedo, Pique, Umtiti, Alba, Busquets, Arthur, De Jong, Vidal, Messi, Griezmann.

Alba is straight back into the Barca starting lineup for the Clasico with Pique also starting despite an ankle scare during the week. Arthur and Vidal in the team with Braithwaite on the bench.

REAL MADRID TEAM NEWS: Courtois, Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo, Casemiro, Valverde, Kroos, Isco, Vinicius, Benzema.

The big team news from the perspective of Los Blancos is that Marcelo starts at left back over Mendy! Given the recent performances of both players, that is something of a surprise.
