Atletico Madrid win a freekick just inside the Barcelona half, but the delivery is headed away by Lenglet and that might be that. The away side will be the happier of the two teams here.
There will be just two minutes of stoppage time played at the end of this match.
Messi freekick just wide! That was a good chance for the Argentine to at least test Oblak, but the Atletico Madrid goalkeeper probably just about had his strike covered. Wide!
Cross from Dembele! Messi drives forward with the ball at his feet, he plays the pass out to Dembele, but the French winger's cross is too heavy to find Griezmann at the back post!
Dembele over the bar! That was a good chance for Barcelona to finally make the breakthrough with Messi staging the cross for Dembele, but he could only head over the bar!
There's been a real lack of quality in the final third from both teams this afternoon. Messi has come closest for Barcelona while Suarez has attempted to make something happen for Atleti.
The title race at the top of La Liga is one of the tightest in recent memory. Real Madrid and Sevilla are also in the mix and they face each other tomorrow night! Only a few points between everyone!
It feels like Atletico Madrid might just be playing for a point here. They are camped deep and while they still have a threat on the counter attack those breaks are getting rarer.
What a waste! Barcelona had a freekick right on the edge of the box, but Messi plays the pass straight at Felix! Not something you usually see from the Barcelona number 10!
Pedri in particular has caught the eye with the teenager compared to Andres Iniesta. However, he has looked weary in recent weeks. Koeman has demanded a lot of him.
Koeman has enjoyed great success in bringing through a number of young players this season. Araujo, Mingueza, Pedri and Ilaix have all become first team figures for Barcelona, but they have been slightly out of their depth today.
- OffSergiño DestFC Barcelona
- OnOusmane DembéléFC Barcelona
And another change for Barcelona with Dembele on for Pedri.
- OffPedriFC Barcelona
- OnSergi RobertoFC Barcelona
Roberto is on for Dest. Will that make any difference for Barcelona?
- OffÁngel CorreaAtlético Madrid
- OnGeoffrey KondogbiaAtlético Madrid
Last change by Simeone and Kondogbia is on for the away side.
Foul by Carrasco! The Belgian was in a foot race with Araujo, but there was a foul from the Atletico Madrid winger on Pique. Suarez slams home the finish, but the whistle had gone.
GOOOOOOO... NO! Araujo gets up and flicks home a header, the ball is in the back of the net, but the Barcelona defender was clearly offside when the cross was played into the box!
- OffSaúlAtlético Madrid
- OnJoão FélixAtlético Madrid
Saul is subbed off for Felix despite being subbed on for Lemar in the first half!
- Yellow cardKokeAtlético Madrid
Now a yellow card for Koke as the bookings start to pile up.
PICTURE: Tense at Camp Nou
Oblak denies Messi! Everyone in the middle was waiting for a cross, but the Barcelona number 10 went for the shot himself, but the Atletico Madrid goalkeeper pushes it away!
Pique header on target! The Barcelona centre back was still up following a corner kick, getting on the end of a Messi recycled cross into the box, but his header is straight at Oblak.
Ilaix shot deflected wide! Big chance for Barcelona to break the deadlock with the ball cut back to Ilaix, but the young midfielder has his shot deflected wide for a corner kick. Close!
Dest should have done better! The Barcelona right back was in a good position down the wing, he had Griezmann waiting for the cut back, but his pass is gathered by Oblak.
Messi has scored seven times in his last five games for Barcelona. The Argentine has found some excellent form of late and could drive his team towards another Spanish title. Barca could use another goal here!
Koeman has done a great job in turning around this Barcelona side. The Dutchman was under pressure as recently as January, but has surely earned himself another year in the job. Some work to do here, though.
Ilaix is shown a yellow card for a very late challenge. He can have no complaints.
Suarez was offside! The ball was played through by Correa, Suarez's shot was on target, but the flag was up. Not that the striker agrees with the linesman's decision!
Barcelona need to do more to control the game. The introduction of Araujo doesn't seem to have had much effect, although Atleti aren't having so much joy down that side.
Nervous moments! Ter Stegen has to dig out a corner kick from under his own bar before Ilaix makes a block inside the area! Atletico Madrid starting to build momentum again.
In a strange way, this might now be in Atletico Madrid’s comfort zone. Simeone likes his players to suffer. He likes them to grind out results and that’s what they’re going to have to do now.
Indeed, Atletico Madrid have won just seven of their last 15 matches in La Liga. Simeone’s side have lost momentum at the worst possible time. Can they drag themselves over the line?
Not so long ago, Atletico Madrid had a commanding lead at the top of La Liga. They were, in the eyes of many, champions-elect. Simeone’s side, however, have allowed their form to dip.
PICTURE: Still level at Camp Nou
Suarez shoots wide! The Atletico Madrid striker pounces on a loose ball 25 yards out from goal and gets his shot away, but it bounces wide of the target. Wasn't too far away.
Header over the bar! Messi's freekick delivery into the box was a good one, but Lenglet couldn't direct his header on target! He might have been better leaving that for Araujo!
Lahoz shows Felipe a yellow card for a mistimed tackle moments into the second half.
Barcelona have made a change at the start of the second half with Araujo on for Mingueza.
The second half is under way! It's still 0-0 between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in this La Liga fixture.
HALF TIME: Barcelona 0-0 Atletico Madrid. This has been a slow burn, but Atleti will be the happier of the two teams. They have certainly created the best chances to open the scoring!
Araujo has been sent to go warm up. Could we see changes from Koeman for the start of the second half? Barcelona have been poor in this first period. They have to improve.
Koeman needs to find a way to get more out of his attackers in the final third. It's pretty much been all on Messi to make something happen for Barcelona in this first half.
There will be four minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the first half.
Big chance for Felipe! Atletico Madrid caught Barcelona cold from a corner kick with the low pass played into Felipe, but the defender side-footed over the target! What an opportunity!
Carrasco keeps going and going! The Belgian drives down the left side, he takes on one and then two and then three, but he eventually gets crowded out with his shot blocked.
That would have been a goal of the season contender from Messi. Quite incredible how he managed to beat so many players in not much space at all. Shot was good as well.
MESSI... wide! The Barcelona number 10 takes on the whole Atletico Madrid defence all on his own, but after dribbling to the edge of the box his left-footed shot is tipped just wide by Oblak!
Atleti are sensing vulnerability in the Barcelona defence. They have been the better team in the last 10 minutes or so. Carrasco and Suarez giving the home team problems.
Suarez was in there! Ter Stegen makes the save from Carrasco, the ball spins into the air, Suarez puts his head in there, but the goalkeeper bats it away for a corner kick. Chaotic!
It feels like Atletico Madrid are starting to turn the screw on Barcelona. They have grown into the first half and look the more dangerous of the two teams at the moment.
- Yellow cardSaúlAtlético Madrid
First yellow card of the match is shown to Saul for dragging back Messi.
Save at the near post! The angle was very tight for Suarez, but he still managed to test ter Stegen with the slow strike, with the Barcelona goalkeeper making the save at his near post!
Suarez was offside! Ter Stegen makes a good save to prevent Llorente from finding the back of the net, but Suarez was called offside when the original pass was played in behind.
- OffSergio BusquetsFC Barcelona
- OnIlaix MoribaFC Barcelona
There's the change and Ilaix is on for the injured Busquets.
Busquets down again! The Barcelona midfielder isn't going to be able to continue here. He's down on the ground and Ilaix is being prepared to come on. Barca about to make the change.
Barcelona were down to 10 men for a couple minutes there, but Busquets has been patched up and is on the pitch. He's got a roll of tissue stuffed up his nose to stop the bleeding.
First Barca shot on target! Griezmann gets the effort away on goal, but that was always going to be comfortable for Oblak. However, the Barcelona striker has now had a sighter.
Sore one! Busquets and Savic clash heads as they challenge for the same ball in the air. The Barcelona midfielder needs some treatment on the pitch. He should be fine, though.
Atletico Madrid are doing all they can to disrupt Barcelona. Simeone has three midfielders in the centre of the pitch and that is making them hard to play through.
Despite what I said earlier about Pique slotting seamlessly back into the Barcelona team following injury, the veteran centre back has suffered a pretty poor start to this match.
Atletico Madrid come into this match on the back of a narrow 1-0 win over Elche which saw the opposition miss a penalty kick in stoppage time. It wasn’t a convincing victory at all!
PICTURE: No early breakthrough
There’s just four matches left of the season. A Barcelona win here would put them top of the table and make them favourites to win the title after an unpredictable season in La Liga.
Correa wide! Good chance for Atletico Madrid to take the lead with the pass played by Hermoso into Correa in the middle, but his shot on the stretch is deflected wide for a corner kick!
Not much quality on display from either teams in the opening exchanges of this one. Barcelona have seen more of the ball, but they have created very little with it in attack.
That's bad luck for Lemar who has enjoyed a much better season for Atletico Madrid this term. Saul is a completely different sort of midfielder. Will that change Atleti's approach?
- OffThomas LemarAtlético Madrid
- OnSaúlAtlético Madrid
Indeed, there's the change and Saul comes on for the injured Lemar.
Problem for Lemar! This could be bad news for Atletico Madrid as Lemar has pulled up with what looks to be a muscular issue. Simeone might be forced into an early change here.
Barcelona have won 16 of their last 19 games in La Liga. This run of form has seen them claw their way back from outside the top four to within touching distance of the Spanish title.
Suarez tests ter Stegen! The Atletico Madrid striker lines up the freekick on the edge of the opposition box, but his effort is straight at the Barcelona goalkeeper who makes the save.
PICTURE: Friends reunited
Pique starts again in central defence for Barcelona. He missed a big chunk of the season through injury but has slotted back in seamlessly. Such an important figure for the Catalans.
No sign of Koeman on the touchline this afternoon. The Dutchman was handed a two-match suspension after being sent off in the win over Getafe last week. His assistant in the dugout today.
300 Atleti games for Oblak!
Still trying to figure out this formation and approach from Atletico Madrid. They seem to be in a back five, but Carrasco appears to be in a position high on the wings. Which is unusual.
First shot of the match! Lemar drives into the Barcelona box and gets the low strike away, it was on target, but ter Stegen got down to make the comfortable save from the Frenchman!
Barcelona are playing in their traditional home colours while Atletico Madrid are wearing red shorts. Because their blue shorts would have clashed with Barca's blue shorts. Or something.
What sort of match will we get this afternoon? This could be a season-defining game for both sides. The outcome of this one will have a big bearing on where the Spanish title heads this season.

The two teams are in the tunnel at Camp Nou about to walk out on to the hallowed turf at this famous old venue.
Such a shame that there are no fans in the stands at Camp Nou today. There would have been such a great atmosphere!
Not long until kick off at Camp Nou. This has the potential to be a massive match in the Spanish title race. There's just two points between these two teams with Real Madrid and Sevilla also in the mix.

Suarez returns to Camp Nou! The Uruguayan striker is fit enough to start for Atletico Madrid on his return to his former club! Can Suarez make the difference for the capital side?
No real surprises from Koeman in terms of his team selection for this one. Looks like a back three for Barcelona with Alba and Dest in the wing back positions. No Roberto in the lineup.
