Depay has started really well down this left-hand side with Dest. Both are driving at their respective markers, drawing fouls and winning corners for the hosts.

GOALLLL!!! Another fine move from Barcelona. It started deep, moving it quickly and through the lines of Levante; Dest drove down the left-hand side, driving inside, before finding Luuk de Jong, who had evaded the attentions of Sergio Postigo, before firing past Aitor Fernandez. 2-0.

Mingueza is found well by Gavi on the overlap on the right, and Postigo deals with the cross well.

Coutinho, first real sighting of him... couple of step-overs, inside off the left, and he tries his luck! Fernandez holds.

It's a shame for Levante. They had started decently off the ball at least: they were looking to press their hosts high, and even though they'd hardly had a touch of the ball so far, they were doing a decent job of hemming Barca into corners and into their own half. However, they find themselves 1-0 down with a difficult job ahead.

Depay dusts himself down, and takes the kick... scoring with aplomb. Aitor Fernandez goes the wrong way, 1-0.

PENALTY! Memphis Depay continues Barca's bright start. Excellent trickery down the left channel from the Dutchman, weaving his way into the box, before being clipped.

Coutinho is mostly on the right side for Barcelona, although he is being given that freedom to come more centrally to get touches of the ball and involved in the build-up.

Sergino Dest does decently with a lively burst down the left, heading to the byline, and his cross is a poor one and is out for a goal kick.

It's very evident now Sergio Busquets' new role as the half back for Barcelona. He's really dropping in to the backline now alongside the centre-backs to orchestrate.
