What a strange match. Villarreal were the better team for large periods of the game, they were pressing hard for a winner, yet they have conceded two late goals. Vulnerable.

Well, well, well! That is a real sucker punch for Villarreal. They were pushing hard for a winner and now it looks like they will take nothing from a match they have played well in!

A long ball forward from ter Stegen gave Villarreal all kinds of problems, Memphis pounced on it, rounded the goalkeeper and finished into the back of the net!

If there's going to be a winner here you would have to say that it will go the way of Villarreal. Barcelona are being battered at the moment. They just can't get out of their half!

Danjuma... wide! Just as it appeared that the Villarreal attacker had lost the ball inside the Barcelona box, he prodded a finish towards goal and the ball dribbles wide of the far post!

Estupinan shot blocked! Just for a moment there it appeared that the wing back was through on goal, but the ball got caught under his feet and Garcia makes the slide block!

A third change is made by Xavi with Coutinho now introduced off the bench.

Trigueros was in behind! What a chance for Villarreal! The pass was played in behind the Barcelona defence by Chukwueze, but ter Stegen did just enough to prevent him from rounding the keeper.

Xavi will surely be fuming about the way Barcelona conceded that goal. They allowed Villarreal through far too easy. Chukwueze deserves a lot of credit for the finish.

It was far too easy for the home team to get in behind the Barcelona defence and Chukwueze was sharp enough to get there and prod a first-time finish into the back of the net!
