West Brom claimed a shock 3-0 win over Chelsea at The Hawthorns, with the visitors playing most of the game with 10 men after Cesc Fabregas was sent-off.
It was a result to savour for West Brom, who took the lead after just nine minutes thanks to an outstanding strike by striker Saido Berahino from 20 yards.
Cesc Fabregas was shown a straight red midway through the first-half for kicking the ball at Chris Brunt after an altercation involving Diego Costa.

West Brom took total control just after half-time when Berahino converted from the spot after being tripped in the area by John Terry.
After Loic Remy had hit the post for Chelsea, it was left to Brunt to round-off the win with an hour played, smashing a low shot beyond Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Mourinho took the opportunity to hand Nathan Ake and former Baggies youth prospect Izzy Brown a taste of first-team action, but neither could help prevent the joint-biggest defeat of the Portuguese’s tenure.

6’ – CHANCE FOR CHELSEA – Fabregas does well to trick into the Baggies area but can only fire straight at Boaz Myhill.
9’ – GOAL FOR WEST BROM! – And what a goal. Berahino lets the ball run across him on the edge of the area, turns and rifles a shot past Courtois from 20 yards.
25’ – CHANCE FOR CHELSEA – After Courtois is forced to punch clear a Chris Brunt corner from under his own bar, Chelsea launch a counter attack that ends with Costa crossing for Hazard whose clever volley is deflected over.
29’ – FABREGAS SENT OFF! – Referee Mike Jones is called into action as Costa clashes with McAuley and a melee ensues. As Jones appears to be calming the situation, Fabregas fires the loose ball into the crowd, hits Brunt and is shown a straight red card.

73’ – CHANCE FOR CHELSEA – Nemanja Matic arrives at the far post to turn Luis’ corner goalwards, but Myhill saved superbly.
KEY STATS
Only two English players (Harry Kane and Charlie Austin) have scored more Premier League goals than the 14 Berahino this season.
Mourinho has lost 3-0 for only second time in his Premier League career.
Chelsea have lost on every occasion they have trailed by three goals or more.
TALKING POINT
Did Mourinho give his players too much time off? Chelsea's players had been handed a few days off since wrapping up the league title a few weeks ago. It is an understandable move, but did it impact the side's focus ahead of their final two games. The Blues found it difficult to get themselves going before Fabregas' sending off. That said, West Brom were superb from the off, ironically enough with a well-rested Berahino leading the way. Chelsea will not get to the 90-point mark thanks to defeat but the hard work had been well before tonight.
MAN OF THE MATCH
Saido Berahino (West Brom): The striker had suffered something of a dip in form prior to Chelsea's arrival at The Hawthorns. But having been left out of the side last weekend, the England Under-21 man reacted in style to score his 19th and 20th goals of the season. The first one was spectacular, while the second showed great composure having been fouled for the spot kick. But Berahino by no means secured the win on his own, with Darren Fletcher, Chris Brunt, Claudio Yacob and James Morrison all superb.
