Yaya and Kolo Toure play against each other for first EVER time

It seems rather incredible, given they have been playing in English football together for five years, but Sunday witnessed the first time Yaya Toure and Kolo Toure have played against each other.

Younger brother Yaya started Manchester City’s 2-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield, while Kolo came on with seven minutes remaining.

Yaya joined Kolo in English football when signing for Manchester City in 2010 but they have never come up against each other in direct competition, until now.

And it was Kolo who won the family bragging rights as Liverpool secured a brilliant win.
