The German midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and has apparently already discussed a move to Italy in the close season after four years at Anfield.
Liverpool are hopeful 24-year-old will decide to remain at the club despite failing so far to reach terms on a new deal.
Italian agent Federico Pastorello - who represents Antonio Candreva, Nani, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Patrice Evra - claims the Juventus deal is already tied up.
"Emre Can is a huge coup, even more so because he’ll arrive on a free transfer. Marotta and Paratici have done very well,” said Pastorello.
“Juventus are a club that attract champions, and important signals are coming from the German."
