- 1st Half
Chelsea get the game underway.
Here comes the players... Kick-off is NEXT!
Newcastle can place anywhere between 10th and 15th, depending on the result here and elsewhere. If they manage to claim a spot in the top-half of the league they would be rewarded with £2m more than they would for recording a 15th-placed finish.
Fifth-placed Chelsea have 70 points, two points behind Liverpool - but the Reds have a much superior goal difference (+42 to Chelsea's +27).
It means Conte's side need to win while Liverpool must lose at home to Brighton, if the Blues are to claim the last Champions League place.
But with the Italian making eight changes for today's game, is it a sign that Conte has given up on the league bearing in mind they have the FA Cup final to contest with Manchester United on Saturday?
DID YOU KNOW?
Newcastle are unbeaten in their last four home Premier League games against Chelsea, scoring at least twice in each match (W3, D1).
It has been a season to forget for Chelsea and Conte, and many believe this could be the Italian's final Premier League game in charge of the Blues.
"We're struggling to take a place in the Champions League," admitted Conte. "But we play in a very tough league where there are six top teams fighting for a place.
"Two years ago Chelsea ended the season 10th and not in the final of the FA Cup or semi-final of Carabao Cup. They were eliminated in the last 16 (of the Champions League) against Paris St Germain.
"I'm the last person to judge the moment of the club. There must be other persons to see the situation, to judge the situation, to take the right evaluation after two years of work and understand what the position is of Chelsea in the panoramic of football."
Newcastle are currently sitting 10th in the Premier League and only a victory this afternoon would guarantee a top-half finish.
"I said so many times, it has been a great season. At the beginning, the target was to stay up. To do that with five games to go is amazing," beamed Benitez.
"We need to finish on a high. The team deserve that and the fans need to see that at home."
Benitez makes just one change from the side that lost to Spurs last time out, with Jacob Murphy coming in for Kenedy, who can't play against his parent club.
Antonio Conte makes EIGHT changes to the Chelsea side which was held to a frustrating draw with Huddersfield in midweek.
In comes Courtois, Cahill, Emerson, Bakayoko, Hazard, Moses and Giroud, while Ross Barkley is also handed a starting berth.

Good afternoon and welcome to Eurosport's LIVE text commentary of the Premier League clash between Newcastle and Chelsea.
On this final day, the Blues simply MUST beat Rafa Benitez's side and hope Brighton record a somewhat surprising victory at third-placed Liverpool, otherwise Chelsea will have to settle for a Europa League place next season.
Will it be a day of high drama?
