PENALTY TO BRIGHTON.
Arnautovic is off and Fernandes is on.
Such unselfish play from Knockaert, taking half the West ham team apart, and then playing it wide to Murray, who just takes it a little too far and strikes into Hart.
- OffJosé IzquierdoBrighton & Hove Albion
- OnSolly MarchBrighton & Hove Albion
Izquierdo's had a very good evening, and he's the man to get 20 minutes or so off. He takes his time getting off the pitch.
Another corner to West Ham as we wait for that change, though, and referee Martin Atkinson is having to keep a close eye on the pushing and shoving in the box.
March is preparing to come on.
That's much better! It's curling wide, but Ryan didn't know that and he tips it round the post.
It's a little bit closer for Lanzini this time.
Knockaert fouls Ayew, and it's another free kick to West Ham outside the box.
That was further out than I initially thought, about 35 yards out, and the three-man wall jump needlessly as Lanzini puts that into the proverbial Row Z.
Gross gives away a free kick on the edge of the box, and Lanzini shapes to take it.
West Ham seem to be running out of ideas as they hit a few long passes.

HALF-TIME. Well, Brighton will be happy with their Friday night out so far. Two well-taken goals, and West Ham, despite their possession, are looking a bit lost.
GOAL! Izquierdo scores a BEAUTIFUL goal. He cuts inside from the right, strikes from the edge of the box, and Hart gets a hand to it, but that's simply not enough.
And a shot from Chicharito, set up by Arnautovic, whistling past the far post.
Obiang has another optimistic poke from range, and this time Propper gets in the way.
Chicharito is offside by an absolute country mile, which doesn't do justice to the great ball that he's chasing.

Reid jumps to meet Lanzini's delivery, but heads over the bar.
Propper is jinking around as well, and Brighton are threatening hugely.
Apparently West Ham under Slaven Bilic have only won five of the matches in which they concede first. That's not a great omen.
Defence should have done better, and the goalkeeper should too.

GOAL! After a free kick just outside the box, Brighton get the Friday night party started. It's hit in by Gross towards the penalty spot, and that is off Murray's head, past Hart into the net.
Brighton are playing some lovely football. Nice to watch.
Becoming slightly more even now, if a little cagey.
