Team news: Bony starts for Swansea, Sanches on the bench; Everton unchanged

Wilfried Bony will start for Swansea as Paul Clement's men attempt to climb off the foot of the Premier League table at Everton on Monday night.
The striker was taken off in the 4-0 defeat to Manchester City in midweek because of a muscle problem but has been declared fit.
Renato Sanches, on loan from Bayern Munich, is also in the squad after missing out on the previous two matchdays following some poor early form.
Everton, meanwhile, are unchanged following four wins and a draw in their last five matches.
A win for the Swans would take them above West Brom, who sit in 19th, to 15 points, while Everton's revival under Sam Allardyce would continue with a victory, with the Toffees rising to ninth.
Everton: Pickford, Kenny, Holgate, Williams, Martina, Gueye, Schneiderlin, Lennon, Rooney, Sigurdsson, Calvert-Lewin. Subs: Robles, Keane, Jagielka, Ramirez, Davies, Vlasic, Lookman.
Swansea: Fabianski, Naughton, Fernandez, Mawson, Olsson, Fer, Roque, Carroll, Dyer, Bony, Narsingh. Subs: Nordfeldt, Van Der Hoorn, Rangel, Clucas, Sanches, Ayew, Abraham
