Football news - Arsenal eye Ismaila Sarr and Kai Havertz

The club are rebuilding under Unai Emery and are planning for next summer’s transfer window with head of recruitment Sven Mislintat getting together a shortlst of names.

The Mirror believe that Arsenal could be interested in bringing both players to the Emirates.

Senegalese winger Ismaila Sarr is one of those players, and the 20-year-old has already been linked with Spanish club Ismaila Sarr.

Currently at Rennes, the Ligue 1 has three goals in 10 appearances for the French club.

Havertz, 19, is already a full international for Germany, and has played more than 50 games for Bundesliga team Bayer Leverkusen. The midfielder has four goals this season.

Arsenal could need reinforcement in midfield if Aaron Ramsey leaves the club as expected.

The 28-year-old had a contract offer withdraw and is set to leave in the summer.
