Mesut Ozil made a stunning return as Arsenal captain, playing provider for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's first goal and enabling Alex Iwobi to slot the third after a fine dribbling run.

It helped Arsenal complete a 3-1 victory over struggling Burnley at the Emirates, and reminded manager Unai Emery of the German player's qualities after he was dropped from the 2-0 home defeat to Tottenham in the League Cup quarter-final in midweek.

It was his first start in the Premier League since November 11, and had plenty of Gunners drooling on social media.
