Jose Mourinho has finally been sacked as manager of Manchester United after months of speculation, and fans were quick to react to the huge news on social media.

United are a full 11 points off Chelsea in fourth place and Mourinho's position reportedly became untenable in the dressing room.

Indeed, the Red Devils are 19 points off top spot with Liverpool and Manchester City leading the way.
