That's the end of that. Liverpool have their win and can relax ahead of their Champions League game, and Bournemouth will be pleased with most of their second half performance.
Liverpool are running down the clock as the very best and most knowledgeable fans sing their famous song, You Are Not Alone.
Quick feet from Solanke makes him rooom on the edge of the box, and he smashes a shot just a little wide of the post, with Alisson struggling to reach it.
There will be four minutes of added time.
Bournemouth win another corner, searching for a consolation.

Bournemouth send in a corner that leads quickly to a Liverpool break. Firmino is released behind the defence but his low shot is stopped by Boruc's save to his right.
Five minutes of normal time left and Liverpool have decided to take a nap, sitting back.
Another Liverpool corner. King shoves him into the advertising hoardings, but the two decide to get on with their lives.
Liverpool win a corner on the right hand side. Bournemouth hoof it briefly clear, and Robertson takes a long ball easily enough.
Keita finds his way into the box with a pass from Salah as Liverpool rush forward, but he runs into trouble and is tackled.

Salah almost gets a double as he exchanges passes with Firmino on the right, and he rifles a rising shot against the crossbar.

Smith is down after being caught on the toe by Robertson, and he is getting treatment now.
Liverpool move the bal around quickly in defence, looking for a way forward.
Liverpool break with Salah from Bournemouth's free kick, but his pass across the edge of the box for Firmino is intercepted.

Surman tries to feed a cross into the danger area but Matip cuts it out for a corner on the right.
Mane rises at the back post to meet Wijnaldum's cross, and he sends a header back across goal, just a couple of yards wide.
I'll level with you: not much is happening.
Liverpool don't play again until next Tuesday, when they take on Bayern Munich, so Klopp may now take the chance to give his players a wee rest.

We're into the first of two minutes of added time. Milner takes the corner, and it bounces out ot Salah. Liverpool keep hold of the ball now, and win another corner off Rico.
Corner for Liverpool, which is headed out for another by Lerma.
We're almost at half time, which is like a 15 minute holiday from the world.
Liverpool are calm enough now. They are assured of the win if they don't do anything daft.

GOAL! Liverpool 2-0 Bournemouth. Wijnaldum scores - The ball is chipped into the channel for Wijnaldum by Robertson, and the Dutchman artfully lifts it over Boruc for the second.
Robertson drills in a cross, then picks up a rebound and plays in Fabinho, the ball comes to Salah on the edge of the box... and he's tackled.
Fabinho is relleased down the middle by Robertson, who sweeps the ball over to Salah, and he wastes a good shot by shooting straight at a defender.
Ibe sprints down the right and is clattered - fairly - by Keita to win a throw-in on the right-hand side of the pitch.

GOAL! Liverpool 1-0 Bournemouth. Sane scores - Corner for Liverpool on the right wing from a Milner cross put behind. He will take the corner, and it's headed out by Lerma at the near post. Milner gets another cross, deeper this time, and Mane meets it at the near post to beat a near-static Boruc.
Bournemouth now are taking their time to work an attack to King, but it falls apart in the box.
Fraser, in the box, lifts a cross towards King, but it's just a little too high for the slightly short striker.
Van Dijk drifts back to claim a through ball and starts another Liverpool attack.
Bournemouth are struggling to get out of their half at the moment, with Liverpool closing in every time they try to get forward.
Salah has another effort from the right, but it's deflected and easily stopped.
Firmino tries to squeeze a shot past Boruc from a tight angle, but he's able to block the shot.
Fraser and Fabinho bosh together in midfleld, and Fraser is OK to walk away.
Salah trundles at goal from the right. The defence allow him plenty of space, and he curls a shot that he wants to find the top corner, but wafts over instead.
Mane tries to spin Cook on the edge of the box, but brings down the defender and concedes a free kick.
More pressure, but no panic from Bournemouth.
Liverpool put Bourneouth under pressure in their half, close to the penalty box, but can't find their way through with the away side happy to hit it long.
Alisson has to push away an early shot from Fraser, with Bournemouth starting well.

Bournemouth sit in 10th, and if results go their way then they could get as high as eighth. They've done well again this season.
Liverpool can go three points ahead of Man City, who have played a game more than them in the league. That would take them top.
Ex-Liverpool players Jordon Ibe (right wing) and Dominic Solanke (bench) will both perhaps feel a touch more motivation to shove their success in their opposite club's faces today.
Xherdan Shaqiri is out for Liverpool with an abdominal strain. That is unlikely to be too much of a problem with the home side massive favourites, but he has a habit of scoring important goals.
