Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba opened the new Premier League season in style from the penalty spot on Friday night.

Pogba, United captain for the night, took responsibility after Daniel Amartey handled in the box.
The World Cup winner displayed all the composure in the world with a slow, stuttering run-up before calmly dispatching the ball past Kasper Schmeichel into the top corner.
It was the first goal of the new Premier League season and there were plenty of reactions to the run-up on Twitter!
