This game has gone completely flat. Understandably perhaps, but the competitive edge has completely gone. Spurs may just be thinking about Bayern Munich this week.

63'

Burnley are making a lot of mistakes in possession, but as soon as Spurs get it they are firing it forward. Lucas' pass can't quite find Dele, though.

57'

Brady goes close but that is poor. Burnley looking lost again.

52'

Kane is down and receiving treatment but looks okay.

51'

Slower start to this half. Burnley are the ones who must make the play if they are to get back into the game.

45'

Burnley kick off. Here we go!

45' + 3

HALF TIME. Excellent stuff from Spurs here. They're leading Burnley 3-0.

45' + 1

Son appeals for a penalty after his free kick strikes Hendrick's arm. Nothing doing as VAR waves it away.

45'

Three minutes to be added here. Burnley ending the half quite well.

38'

CHANCE! McNeil has been great today and he crosses again for Rodriguez. Somehow, the striker heads wide.

35'

CHANCE! Kane heads a Spurs free kick just over. But it was dipping.

  • Heung-Min Son
GoalHeung-Min SonTottenham HotspurGOOOOAAALLL! It is Son. He's deserved that, but wow. He takes the ball from his own half and beats five or six Burnley players and finishes excellently. That is superb. 3-0.

26'

Nice little move for Burnley after Rodriguez wins the ball and feeds Wood. The ball is crossed in from the left by Pieters and met by Rodriguez, but Gazzaniga collects.

25'

Son is back on the pitch and involved after receiving treatment.

21'

CHANCE! Burnley almost hit back through Robbie Brady, who met McNeil's cross. His header was stopped by Gazzaniga and Chris Wood can't profit from the rebound.

18'

Real end to end stuff as Son pushes forward again before Cork finds space. He searches for Wood, who is offside.

17'

Another chance for Spurs as Kane, Son and Dele combine but Burnley get back to put him off and he fires wide.

16'

POST! Great play between Sissoko and Son. Their one-two releases the Frenchman into the area but he can only find the woodwork after lifting over Pope. Spurs look hot right now.

14'

McNeil's free kick doesn't clear the first man. Poor.

13'

Burnley try to hit back but Cork is caught down the left. Sissoko brings down Rodriguez in a decent position.

  • Lucas Moura
GoalLucas MouraTottenham HotspurGOOOOOALLL! 2-0!! Lucas! Son dribbles into the box and sees a shot saved by Pope, and while Dele can't scramble home the rebound, the Brazilian can. VAR checks it and it counts.

4'

Dele wins the ball high up the pitch and it is played to Kane who finds Aurier. But the cross sails into Pope's arms.

3'

Burnley look like they've settled better. They're certainly not lying down.

Tottenham kick us off and we're underway!

14:59

The teams are out and we're all ready! Here we go.

14:51

Less than ten minutes to go. Can Dele Alli maintain his impressive scoring spree under Mourinho?

14:38

The stats are certainly in Spurs' favour today: They've won seven of eight home games with Burnley, with the last defeat coming in 1983. Burnley have also lost 75% of their games in London, 21 from 28. They haven't won since beating West Ham 3-0 in March last year.

14:32

Defeat here for Burnley would leave them in trouble as they currently sit just three points above the drop zone. Just ten points separate the bottom eight, so no room for error!

14:31

Just under 30 minutes until kick off! Can Spurs get themselves back on the Champions League trail? Chelsea's result won't have deterred them at all.

14:21

Burnley have been uncharacteristically leaky in defence recently. They have shipped 13 goals in six games, keeping just two clean sheets. Given Spurs' current issues at the back, that could suggest goals in this one.

14:18

The honeymoon period for Jose Mourinho and Spurs came to an abrupt end on Wednesday night as they lost 2-1 at his former club Manchester United. He'll be looking to get back on track after three wins in three beforehand.

14:13

There are a couple of injury issues for Spurs today. Tanguy Ndombele and Harry Winks are both out of this one.

14:11

And here is Burnley's starting XI, as they look to put a loss at Manchester City behind them.

14:10

Here's how Tottenham line up as they look to bounce back from defeat to Manchester United in midweek.
