A real chance for Eduoard as he is found by Ward from a deep cross but his touch is heavy and Alisson dives at his feet.

Eduoard plays in Ayew down the right flank and the non-scoring forward tries an audacious effort from long range which goes behind.

Eduoard looking dangerous and shoots from the edge of the box but his effort is half blocked by Van Dijk and Alisson gathers.

Keite shoots firmly from 25 yards but Guaita is behind it to parry away.

Edouard the super sub from last week comes on for Benteke.

Tsimikas swings a free kick into the box which Van Dijk wins at its highest point but heads over the bar.

Ayew appealed for a penalty but it hit Konate's thigh then ricocheted off his elbow so was never gonna be given.

A really tame attempt from Ayew clips the dead ball into the midriff of the middle player in the Liverpool wall.

Keita comes on for Thiago who goes off injured.

Gallagher is fouled right on the edge of the Liverpool box in a central position.
