Manchester City take on Arsenal in a crunch Premier League clash, with the match taking place on Wednesday, April 26 at the Etihad Stadium. Arsenal have led the Premier League table for the majority of the season, but defending champions City have been chasing the Gunners all year and will be hoping to clinch all three points in what is set to be a season-defining match.

'I can't love these players more' - Arteta after dropped points in title race

The destiny of the 2022/23 Premier League title could be decided when Manchester City host Arsenal in a highly-anticipated clash at the Etihad Stadium tonight.
After Arsenal twice let a two-goal lead slip in frustrating draws against Liverpool and West Ham, they found themselves 2-0 down against Southampton in what has turned out to be a concerning patch of form.
Mikel Arteta’s side fought their way back into the match to earn what could be a valuable point and extend their lead at the top of the table to five - but have handed control over to Man City who have played two games less than the Gunners.
The Cityzens, meanwhile, are firing on all cylinders, and a treble is in sight after they beat Sheffield United 3-0 in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday. Pep Guardiola has led his team to six straight league wins as the reigning champions close in on the leaders ahead of Wednesday’s showdown.
A win for City would surely see them on their way to a fifth title in six years, but Arsenal have the chance to restore their eight-point advantage with victory at the Etihad - something they haven’t achieved since 2015 - as they hunt down their first top-flight honour in 19 years.
Here are all the details you need to know ahead of a significant match in the Premier League title race.

Guardiola: Arsenal game 'a final'

Man City produced an emphatic victory over Leicester on April 15 to keep their hopes alive of three consecutive titles.
After the match, Guardiola said City had to continue their unbeaten run against Leicester to set up a "final" on April 26.
"We have to win, win and win," he told reporters after City registered their 10th successive win in all competitions.
"Arsenal have done incredibly well this season and I don’t think they are going to drop many points and what we have to do is be there.
"It was important for us to win to arrive in the final we have against them in our next Premier League game."
City have already beaten Arsenal twice this season.

Arteta: We will fight until the end

Despite a tricky spell at a crucial part of the season, Arteta still has full confidence his side can get over the line and bring the Premier League title back to north London.
He’s relishing the opportunity to lead his team out at a ground where he won two league titles as Guardiola's assistant and prove the doubters wrong, in what is arguably the biggest game of his short managerial career.
"I cannot wait," Arteta said at the prospect of facing Man City on Wednesday. "These are the games you want to play. When everything is at stake you have to go there to win.
"This young team reacts in a way that is incredible, when it is against the odds, but the chances they created and the spirit they had... it was a joy to watch. The message is clear that I love them.
"We are down and they are more willing than anybody to win it. You can see that spirit and fight in the dressing room but it is clear we have to do defensively things better."
